Thank you so much for this! Do you happen to know how to add an object into an existing repeat grid pattern? It’s so finicky when I try to draw/add in new elements and I haven’t been able to figure out how to insert an item if I accidentally draw it on a new layer.

Can we see more of illustration on the iPad tutorials? You see I’m just starting out with AI and I use an IPad for it so I’m not familiar with the laptop version.
Also, I noticed that some of your courses are closed. Are you reopening anytime soon?

Hi Heidi! Can you repeat a pattern along a path in a similar way in the Ipad version of Illustrator?

That would actually be a brush (when it repeats linearly vs tiled). Last I know the iPad version didn’t support creating brushes - however you could bring them in from the computer version. You can learn more about brushes here: successfulfashiondesigner.com/?s=brushes&post_type=tutorials

mine doesn't have the dot sliders to change the spacing between each pattern repeat???? it only has the outside boxes
