This was a great presentation and although I have already completed the moisture intrusion course I still thoroughly enjoyed it. It makes a great companion to the course. One request I have for a video however would be be invaluable to new inspectors.It would be an actual mock inspection WITH a client. Even if it were instructors and student or instructor and instructor mock exercise being able to see an inspection and how you would handle the client at the time would be a very good tool. I realize it would be a very long video if you did the whole property/inspection at once so I think it would make sense to break it down into 3-4 separate videos so that once a section is complete you could review the process and highlight any techniques to the viewer. The videos on inspection that are available are very useful, but I feel the customer service element is a big factor not being presented, it's a tough skill being able to handle clients while your inspecting and really makes the process a juggling act until you have your method. Would be nice to hear from veteran inspectors and actually see how they handle clients. Anyway, thanks again Ben.
Ben, Is there a class or course Internachi has that helps you understand the steps to starting an LLC? I'm trying to take the steps I need to create that asset protection.

You're right. The first few minutes is just me talking to students as we wait for everyone who registered for the free webinar to get online for the free online class. It's different than a live class, where the teacher can see if every seat is filled. An online webinar with hundreds of students is just different, and I talk a bit about resources in the beginning of every webinar. So sorry you think that it was "terribly done." I'll try better.
