Greta video as usual. I can watch you all day. Is there a course or video in how to handle clients (either the homeowner/buyer/realtor) that wants to challenge you on an observation? As you know they will always say "Well is that code?!". Naturally you will start to memorize code in some areas but some things are just common sense/best practices.

Yes, two temperature measurements and basic arithmetic to calculate delta -> complex indeed.
*low temperature rise does not indicate that the furnace is undersized, btw. it can indicate other things like gas pressure being set wrong, not just blower speed.
