Toyota Smart Keymaker 2004 Sienna 4D Chip Limit=3 Keys multiple key programming

I looked at several videos. I was trying to program all 4 of my keys. I only got one key with my car. I found a method to program up to 3 keys maximum. The chip in the keys I used all seemed to work at one time but the last key seems not to work. All my keys have need demonstrated to have good chips. I could not program the 4 key. I'm wondering if there is some sort of time out. Please leave comments on what method worked for you and what did not work. Thanks in advance for your comments.

Locksmith here .Most likely the ebay keys have the same chip infomation thats why it only takes one.Also no need to trun the key five times with each key on ly with last one to close programing.

I tried many times. I can either program one key, or delete all in my possession. How can I delete all lost keys? Instructions are written in poor english language and are very confusing. Can you provide clear instructions: If I have 1 master key, or if all keys are lost, and when to press the LED button on programmer, and when not?

will this work on a 2023 rav 4 with a actual key i want to have a spare in my wallet

@@Brsrafal These little tools only work with the early toyota 4C, ranging from about 98 to 2003 or 44d (DOT) keys -2003 to 2012. The 2023 Rav has to be done with a high end programmer or the dealer and there are Pin Codes involved and possibly a special 4A/8A cable that taps into the cars immobilizer system to get security access. YOU CAN make a basic TR47 flat metal blade key with no chip that will fit nicely in your wallet just to get you in the doors if you get locked out...

You should try instructions that come with these “smart” key makers. If you didn’t have migraine headaches before reading those, you will. I suspect the translations are just very poor and that’s why there are so many videos with all different instructions to doing it.

@@pkonolan I couldn’t get it to work with the Sienna using the directions so I used the TH-cam video instructions. I just documented what worked. But I guess I can’t make some people happy despite my best efforts and spending time documenting.

You can only programming two master keys and one valet key. That’s the reason you can’t programming another key.

Thanks for your comment. Maximum is 3 keys by design and there is no way to program more keys.

When I got my car I had 1 key only and my Sienna had 2 lost keys. I purchased the NEW keys (not marked OR) EB1 / LS to replace the 2 missing keys. I then used the process in this video to pair the new keys with my Sienna but only 3 keys can be paired with 1 2004 Toyota Sienna.

No. It uses a static chip in a key you buy off eBay. The cn900mini looks like it uses programmable chips that can be cloned. My static key chips just get added to the car using this key adding box.

May Toyota Tacoma work only 3 G keys and 3 dog key, not adept mor of 3 keys.
