It is my understanding that the reason you want to use alkaline rather than lithium has to do with the way in which they "lose power." Alkalines slowly lose their charge over time (like a slowly deflating balloon) whereas a lithium may last longer, but suddenly lose power at some point (like a ballon unexpectedly popping). In my use case in a remote Airbnb I want to be able to monitor the battery health through the app rather than have it suddenly stop working and create an emergency. Just food for thought. I came here because my 2010 CRV was only blowing hot air on the passenger side with the driver's side blowing cold no matter what the temperature setting. I already saw one video claiming that little swing arm was "stuck" and that was kinda true but I commented that after pushing and prying with a flathead it didn't seem like anything was attempting to move the arm on its own. So after watching the beginning of this video I decided to give the little green power connector the old unplug, plug back in a few times a try and... what do you know, that freaking worked. I wished I'd have tried this a while ago, I've been suffering for a couple of months, lol. Thank you

So how did you fix it? Did you have to replace the air mix motor under the dash? Or just pressing the buttons reset the system. Unclear....

Looks normal wear and tear to me. Air flows by it so keep a good clean cabin filter and change it every other year.

Sure wish you would use a decent camera to record your videos :) Use a camera vs a phone. They aren't that expensive :)

I'm curious if you have reconsidered your prohibition on charging the two together. I have read that you can treat the bank as a lead battery and it will go fine. You need to make sure the lithium disconnects at 14.4 so it is not endlessly trickle charged.

I’m still learning Foreflight features. Really hard to learn in the air vs easy in the sim.

Very cool setup man. It really comes together when the ipad gets connected with Foreflight, makes the sim EXTREMELY helpful learning how to get proficient with that app. I need to get the logitec radio panels!

hi, interesting to see how you replace your furler. I have a jeanneau 34.2 with the same system and probably also need to replace it. Do you have more information where to get the system? Do you have more video content to come about replacing it?

When I fly heavies the trim keeps pushing me up and up with no control. I found out it was because my airspeed was too high. I slowed down then had control.

Those setting are set to default already no?

Great instructional video! I like your troubleshooting technique. Ran the diagnostic, measured the heater core hose temps, the door actuator fixed the problem! $26 part on eBay but, expect to be a contortionist or pay someone else to install.

i have a 03 crv with hot blowing on passenger side and cold on the drivers side vents and is i turn on a/c its the same just colder . would it be the blend doors. air gets cold at the stop light

Do you think you can wire any other brand light to run off of a battery pack like this? My andau lights use a trs plug I believe and I'd love to have the ability to run them off of a usb battery pack if needed.

The Trim-Function of MSFS2020 is beyond horrible. It messes up every stable approach. Switching it off definetly helps a lot.
