Hi Ken. Greetings from downtown Montreal. Just letting you know that you missed a section of the Eaton centre. The centre was recently enlarged to include the defunct Les Ailles de la mode which inturn was where the old Eaton’s store was. Had you followed the signs to the Time out eatery, you would have been there.
Btw, just love the early morning walks.

Not so enjoyable was the rat maze feature of construction projects. In none of my travels anywhere did I put up with what Ken found in downtown. As charming as Montreal is, I'd skip any place that had so many fences and detours.

Love the areas in Montreal! If we were younger my husband and I would probably move back! Even with a medical and psychological practices we’d rather be closer to our 3 kids all in university now at McGill and U of T med school - our oldest daughter!!
