You made that so much more difficult than you needed too. I changed all 4 of my turn signal lights in 5 minutes. There are access panels in the inner fender well just behind the lights that let you easily access the plugs for the lights. Literally a 5 minute job.

@@bitemyshinnymetalass1569 I'm not a video creator. Just look at the front of the inner fender and you'll clearly see access holes. It's pretty self explanitory.

@@scottrussell3314 ok ok. Fair enough. Well I did look underneath my work truck and there is no access holes on the inner fender. I guess I could remove the bolts holding half of the fender and pull it back to get to the turn signal bulbs

Awesome video and I started to change the lights per your video but I noticed that there is a cut out next to the light along the fender coming from the engine bay that you can reach your hand in to access these bulbs without removing everything. This will only work on the driver side. Thank you for your helpful video. I own a 2014 Silverado 1500 LTZ

Your video was very helpful, thank you. I tried the other method of removing the air filter housing and accessing the opening in the fender but it was really difficult to go that route ( that works good for the headlight though on the passenger side). Removing the cover and pulling the light housing slightly forward worked very well. Thank you for posting this, very helpful!

Great video. It helped me quite a bit, but on my 2014 GMC Sierra I couldn't move the headlight housing forward enough to replace the bulb from the side. I had to remove the plastic bumper cover to be able to remove to the two lower bolts holding the housing and then it was very easy to replace the bulb. It all sounds very difficult until you've done it once and then it doesn't seem so bad.

I want to say yes there is an access hole but it was still very difficult because my arms are big and the light socket requires a slight twist but I did get it through the access hole. Nobody mentioned that you have to twist the socket before it comes out...it was a PITA that way too. Some engineer needs a butt whooping.
