    Nkaka miss ung dating tayo.. ung tym na pag may maramdaman ka kunti parang wla lng sau.dedma lang.. d tulad ngaun kahit maliit na kirot lang napapa ranoid kana kahit ano ano na nasa isip mo at mas titindi pa ung symptoms, kaya panic pa more.. hahyz.. mawala kana sana.. tama na ung experience mo sa amin.. hehehe.. .ravan lang. Life must go on..

    Almost 6 years na din ako may anxiety. Sa una naka ilang balik din ako sa ER tumataas din kase bp ko pero after an hour sa ER ok na ulit pero ung doctor ko pinag bp meds na ako. Ngaun from time to time inaatake pa din ako its good to see your video here sa youtube nakakatulong sa mga gaya nating pinoy na may health anxiety. Thank you!

    totoo naranasan ko din health anxiety natakot ako na may aneurysm ako nagpa check up ako sa neuro nun check nya ok ako bgla sya nagpunta sa likod ko at pinisa ang shoulder ko sabi nya sobra ang stress mo mag pa massage bk psychological lang after a week un ilong ko namn parang puputok sinilip ng ent normal sbi sa kin i think health anxiety yan labanan mo sakit mo pray a lot ....naranasan ko pa rin paminsan minsan latest sumasakit ang tyan ko un right side ko ginagawa ko nagbasa ako ng positive quotes at biblical verses na “do not be afraid “ ilan beses na mention sa bible and it helps me na mabawasan un stress

      Ako rin ganyan..kunting sakit ng ulo aneurysm kaagad iniisip ko..sakit lang sa heart parang tinutusok kala ko heart attack na..pero nag pa ecg ako 2x na normal naman..paranoid na ako. Palagi ako nag papalpitate

    Caffiene din guys for me number one nag trigger sa anxiety ko. Healthy diet really helps a lot din guys tas sorround yourself with positive people. Minsan na tritrigger din anxiety ko pag may nakikita ako mga tao na may malubhang karamdaman o kahit balita lang lalo na yung ka kilala ko pa. Mahirap talaga at mahirap din ipaintindi sa mga taong di nararanasan to na gaya natin

    HI kuya ron ako po almost 4monts na ako lumlaban sa nxiety ko.ginwa na lhat sken Ecg 2daecho tyroid test blood chem ctscan at MRI pero lhat ok ang result. pero pkiramdam ko na iba talaga pkiramdam ko na ung ulo ko ay may pressure at sobrang higpit nya. andon din ung hina hina ako at pkiramdam ko wala ako balance sa lhat ng gingawa ko. sobrang hirap na ako. 2neuro na npuntahan ko. ok nman daw ako

      Ganyan ako, lahat ng test katulad mo nagawa ko na normal lhat...naka 2 cardio ako, isang nuerologist, ang sabi nila severe anxiety. Naka isang gastro na ako. Naka isang pulmo rin.

    Ngyon sir iba pakiramdam ko natatakot na ako hiniga ko na lang ngyon parang may palpitate heart ko nw..filing ko bumalik uli yun una nararamdaman ko sir..kala ko nawala na tlga. Bat bumalik nnmn ngyon.kya ndi ko na alm ggwin ko ndi na ako maka trabho sa bahay ok na nga bumalik nnmn..sir wat gawin?

      Kasi akoy isang covid survivor, nkailang pblik n po aq sa hospital n pnagadmitan skn kaso wla po clang maibgay n gamot skn, grabe po atake skn nung una halos hnd n po aq nkktulog, almost 1month na prang takot stress po nsa isip ko, escitalopram po ung bigay skn Ng Neuro nung isang araw, dto po ksi aq Riyadh, ngaun po pkrmdm ko every morning my kaba sa dib dib ko,bigla bigla, gang sa nababalisa po aq,na prang nanghihina,na d n po q mkpgisip Ng tama gang sa iniiyak q nlng po.ano po Kya dpt qng gwin pg gnto.

      Thank God your okay now with covid at na survive mo. I suggest pa check ka talaga sa psychologist para mas ma evaluate ka ng maayos. Breathing exercises can help to remedy the attack pero kung matindi tlga much better na makita ka ng psych doctor. 😊

      Hello po. Araw2 po ako inaatake sa work ko, 3yrs na ako dito sa riyadh, some days are good pero minsan hindi kasi lagi akong antok, hilo, pero kinakaya ko araw2... Kasi after ng work ko nawawala nman.. 😊😊😊

    Hi Ronnan I just want to share na parehong pareho tayo noong una grabe yung symptoms sakin halos laman ako ng ER araw araw hanggang sa tumagal nasanay nalang ako at hindi nakakaexperience msyado ng panic attack pero ganon padin naman hypochondriac padin ako. Ang nagttrigger lang ng panic attack is kapag nasstress ako ng sobra usually kapag nagaaway kami ng boyfriend ko.
