Whilst I appreciate the advancements in training that has come, over the years, to the VCCJTC. I must say, that unless Sergeant Miller or Senior Deputy Higgason we’re TAC Officers, you have not had the BEST experience the academy has to offer... Yes, I’m old & biased (97-1). But, No One can instill the the fear like those two gentlemen!!!
