This second movement is so beautiful I could fall in love again.
Look up what happened on April 29, 2023 at LA Phil: Woman lets out ‘screaming orgasm’ during middle of orchestra performance.
Not that I've listened to every piece of music ever written, but, damn this piece has been my favorite for a very long time. So much emotion, and every orchestra interprets the tempos a little differently which makes a big difference.
Oh, that horn solo is so good!
Nothing But a Russian orchestra for playing Tchaikovsky's master pieces like no other! Really!
that passion, all those feelings in 12 wonderful minutes; this master piece make me feel so sad and romantic at the same time... like only russian romantic composers could do; like Tchaikovsky
I'd rather listen an American composer, like Bach
@@TheRealLordRama ah yes Bach
My favorite American composer
@@TheRealLordRama east asian composers too, like mozart
@@CougheePls bro i only listen to african compostor like scarlatti
Time and again I'm hearing this Symphony with this orchestra and this excellent conductor. It's the best rendition of it, my favourite. The french horn solo is wonderful, I congratulate Mr. Taras Naumenko and to all of you, from Belo Horizonte, Brasil.
I can hear John Denver's "You fill up my senses" in this movement.
you mean Annie,s song
@@henkstam5801 well yeah, but those lyrics.
Yes, Denver was told by his producer at the time that the melody was the same. He changed it slightly, but the first 6 notes remain.
Funny didnt notice. Ive had to sing that for years 🤮 and am pretty sure played this one in orchestra
thanks mr wikipedia
This movement talks by itself.
The clarinet solo at the end... could not be a more beautiful ending.
To whoever put an ad in the middle of the horn solo…
best comment! deserves more likes

I'll have what she's having…
Beautiful.. All the Aussies listening to it.. Knows it as the Hoges theme!
Winfield ads too
Anyhow....
0:48 perhaps inspiration for 'you fill up my senses'- Annie's Song- John Denver
Annie told John that when he first heard Annie's Song.
You know there's lyrics for that part, right? It goes something like"I play the freeeeeeeennch horn, this is my sooooooooolo" :)
I hear.. Love is all that matter by Eric Carmen
almost certmainly coincidence.. it is only 5 notes after all. Annie's song is a much more beautiful melody IMHO. According to wikipedia producer Milt Okun pointed out the similarity to JD but the account in Wiki of what happened next doesn't make a lot of sense and sounds a bit made up to me. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Annie%27s_Song

So much love for this...beautifully rendered...
Una de las mas grandes obras!!! I like the sound of french horn
I came when listnin to this💦❤️
Very brilliantly played and bravo! Hats off to Moscow City Symphony "RP" and to Mr. Jurowski! (^__^)/* Tchaikovsky's genius.
Amazing Tchaikovicky!!! I LOVE HIS MUSIC WORKS FOREVER!
Jack Horkheimer used this piece in his 1972 acclaimed production of ‘Child of the Universe’ for the Miami Space Transit Planetarium. This great music played as the narrator took us through the history of space exploration into the vastness of the Cosmos. it was breathtaking. RIP Jack.
I love it! The best moviment! Amazing!
Yo who here after the news of the woman with the orgasm?
Me
the internet is a wonderful place
Sup homie. Tryna experience it
Many thanks!!!
Here after the LA Philharmonic Lady Incident
Thank you ...
this is what freedom sounds like to me
Really fantastic !!
Emozionante un direttore che ordina con gli occhi un'estrema energia nostalgica
Sublime.

Wonderful.
Thanks
came for the french horn solo, whole piece I like
Es posible que haya alguien que no se emocione ante tanta belleza?
Sublime. Un grand merci .💝💖

"You fill up my senses..."
Muito bom!
منی که کل فیلمو نگاه کردم ببینم کجاش ارضا شدن تماشاگر رو نشون میده😐
Very nice
congratulations to the horn player. I've watched videos of great horn players failing on this solo
Any examples? I'm just curious, because as a horn player I really like to compare that different players playing the same piece and decide what aspects I like better and would like to emulate in my own playing.
Es una maravillosa canción de amor
Marvelous.
so good
bruh imagine her during Rach 2, movement 3
I know of course it was not this performance, but can someone please timestamp where the key "climatic moment" would've happened?
Lmao
You "came" here from that article, too?
LA Philharmonic concertgoer's 'excitement' shocks audience! #shorts

Found something about that
3:20-3:30 is my best assumption having listened to that clip a number of times. Better question, if it was you in the audience where would be the spot personal to you? I bet its not totally consistent among sensitive listeners.
Quanta subtileza!
Esse segundo movimento não é ótimo, é espetacular, a melhor musica romantica que conheço.
Pra mim Chopin com suas Baladas super românticas supera, mesmo sendo para piano solo
I think Tchaikovsky is the king of the romantic period
Anyone else notice the 2nd who did a page turn in the last 2 measures
Yeah, before the last note. WTH?
Watch Klimova and Ponemerenko skate to this on youtube. Breathtaking!

0:47 "you fill up my senses..." John Denver - Annie's song
Маладец Тарас!Атт
It took me months to complete that horn solo in the beginning. It's a hard piece but once you get the accidental notes down, you'll be able to complete the first 22 measures. (I'm in 8th grade so it might be easier for adults)
asome
Was this Symphony Movement 2 as good for you as it was for me?
The Los Angeles Philharmonic performance on April 29, 2023 a woman lets out ‘screaming orgasm’ during middle of orchestra performance. No lie Goggle it.
Expert horn player. Who is the horn soloist ?
Taras Naumenko
He looks like if my former band director were Russian.
So, I specifically sought out this movement of this symphony after accidentally listening to 10 seconds of Juicy J's "Bands a make her dance". What the *blank* is wrong with this world?
Annie's song ??? Please.
Now when graham Jackson a Black man and navy recruiter played "going home" by
Dvorak on the accordion that he entertained
President Franklin Roosevelt with the night before he died he stood , tears running down
his face as the funeral train crawled by.
Largo is the name of the popular piece.
I will never forget the picture of that man
who loved his country and his President
tho not treated as an equal then.
John Denver's "Annie": 1:08
Yes, I heard he based it off of this! I love both of the songs so much.

Coming.
good horn
what is the one in the opening? i can't see it behind the stand
It's a French horn
Some drama queen in LA had anorgasmtothis

9:52 always makes me mad... this movement is near perfect otherwise
Why?
I love Tchaik, but he is just so happy that he gets in the way of himself sometimes. Part of me wishes that this movement would have maintained its dark character at the beginning through more of the piece. Oh well, it is still a great piece.
stop being such a hater, he composed dances

Which is more deathly romantic, Tchaikovsky 5-2, or Rachmaninoff 2-3?
deathly? Maybe you mean deadly... They are both extremely passionate! My kind of music...
Both.. as the same ranking .. do not forget Tchaikovsky was Rachmaninoff's idol 3:41 and hero.. 😊😂❤❤

Excellent performance. but Bernstein's has the pizzazz!
Don't play this in front of Jewlery store owners. The chances of them having a full body orgasm are low, but they are not zero according to the LA Times.

sounds a bit too fast/rushed for my taste
Very good comment.
I think it wasn't rushed. I enjoy it as it is played here.
I slowed it down to .75 speed and it is nearly perfect.
Tchaikovski had obviously been a John Denver fan

It's a bit too fast. But otherwise great.

Why the fuck are there ads.
Shit tress pass.. immodestly.. tasteless ads.
Hoges!
Lowkey hate this conductors tempo, tbh feel really bad for the horn player, he’s definitely practiced it at a slower tempo for auditions and such, but he kept up, righteous dude
