I just don't understand how you guys aren't a bigger channel, you put on consistent, high quality, super entertaining stuff, week after week. You've added new shows to your line up (the first episode of lord of the board was amazing). You guys really deserve a larger following, keep up the good stuff!
The editing quality has been off-the-charts recently. From all the funny pop ups like the "joke of the day" to the cutaways like "Storytime with Sullivan Beau Brown," there have been so many fun visual gags in the videos lately that have added an extra layer to the hilarity. It is so much fun to see not only the players having a good time but also the effort the editors are putting into the videos to put them over the top. Exceptional work all around.

What makes this the best board game channel by miles is the consistency, and new innovations. Not being only for hardcore gamers, but just a group of mates having fun! The editing, the running gags, that song at the end which you didn't need to but did anyway, making a tournament....and the genius addition of Rosie and Sully on commentary! Everything you do just elevates the channel above other stuffy ones. Never thought I'd watch playthroughs like this and actually look forward to them. And now each game has stakes and more tension with Adam's win / loss record. Love it! I'm waiting for the day you do a in person BOTCT in a creepy mansion with actual rooms you go into.
The montage at the end is the absolute best thing NRB have ever done, and that’s saying something!!! Literal tears of laughter as Adam dies a little inside with every loss. Sorry Adam, but you did kind of make your bed on this one…
Home rule for this game is that everyone must name their dragon. Mine has been Trogdor for years.
This is easily my favorite "opener" board game for a lot of reasons. The rules are simple enough to teach in a few minutes (or if you're quick a few breaths). The puzzle is simple enough to wrap your head around but still tricky because your plans can change in a second thanks to what the other players do. There are only so many tiles in the game so it's not going to drag at any time before it's over, and when it's over you can easily rerack and go again if you want. Whenever you're eliminated you can't feel too upset because it was either a mistake on your part not reading the line far enough, a clever move by an opponent leading you to your doom, the luck of the draw leaving you no good options (in which case I go for style points as I eliminate myself), or it can even be an "If I'm going out then I'm taking you with me" elimination, and those are always funny. I will happily play a few rounds of this with anyone anywhere, and I often bring it to board game nights with my friends to start our brains going thinky.
The ending to this video should be the opening going forward until Adam wins a game.
