You should try the bulldog with weakpoint damage instead of explosive ammo, its a beast for single target damage, which compensates the main weakness of the thunderhead
Mortar Rounds are pretty cool, but situational Overclock. It's mostly efficient on tight spaces or in well drilled bunkers with tunnel on 25-35 degree elevation. Just put 1 shell in there every 1,5 seconds - and you are good. Also, it has it's uses in defensive missions, exept deep drilling. But you must focus smaller bugs in the first place, because that's what you are. A f**king anti-bug mop.
I do agree that it is underutilized and when used, most of the times its used badly. But my ADHD ridden brain cannot cope with how slow you fucking move upwards No speed=bad BUT clutching fall damage = lesser bad
Tier 3 weakpoint damage would be better. The only viable oc with that mod is magic bullets if you take tier 5 neurotoxin (the aoe can apply neurotoxin). I get it that its for the sake of maximizing one trait, but why even mention elephant rounds while taking that mod. At this point, do you even check if your build works the way you think is does or if even the mods or perks that you choose even help at all. That had already happend with the melle driller video with epc mods and kinda with the rotary overdrive video Why you didnt mention the tier 4 for the armor? it has an explosion mod, its not good but is there Its a bug thing is too overpowered and it takes the fun away from the game, unless you hate being challenged you shouldnt take it lol if the the builds are for solo, why take friendly, or even talk about the builds effetiveness in a team in every video? you could've said it was to reduce the self damage since the aoe is so large (idk if thats true but hey worth mentioning), but you still say that its to reduce the damage you deal to your teammates, like, what teammates? bosco? The same thing happend with the melle driller video, you said that the build didnt had team synergy and was bad for dreads, but you totally forgot about the 3x damage that can help the entire team deal damage to dreads, not menitoning the other issues with that video Aoe isnt effected by heavy or unbreakable armor "This builds has low mobility because it dosent have second wind" *picks dash*. second wind isnt a good perk. I still have to see a single clip from your videos where it helps you dodge. You have to run for 4 seconds before you can even get the little 12% speed boost, if the bugs are already getting close to you why its a good ideia to run for 4 seconds to get a little bit of distance, and if a slasher hits you (or if youre playing on haz 5+), forget about it. With dash you just press shift twice and you get way more distance in a fraction of the time. Why didnt you mention that you played haz 6x2 on the comment, your answer was completly diferent on the comment section of your last video. Also if the ratings are for hazard 1-5 and based on the experience of the casual player why are you using custom difficulty? Just for the footage a guess and so say "actually I play on a difficulty harder than haz 5"

Thorns has a 0.7 second cooldown and was recently nerfed even further to where it can no longer harm needocytes

If I was building towards a meta gunner I would definitely try that out, but this build was AoE/explosive focus so i took that perk instead.
