There is actually a stainless steel cone for that type of pastry, it’s much easier and safer than glass. + he did cut them open and held that part in his palm to fill it. The hazelnuts could be pulsed in a blender or use a meat tenderizer to crush them if you need to. Adding the cooked filling a little at a time to the crème filling would help smooth the consistency and make blending easier. I’m sure he will practice and improve his technique again and again as all persons that cook do. I applaud him for showing us this recipe and finished dessert, the drink only needed a straw😊. Thank you Mister for sharing😍🥰❣️❣️❣️
You can spray it with oil or butter. But I wouldn't use glass. These are what we call in English - Cream Horns. I am from an Italian background and make this, which is a take on cannoli, but use puff pastry instead. You can add a little jam in it too.
There is no way of removing the baked pastry without either breaking the glass or breaking the pastry. Also, your egg filling mixture on the stove top turned to almost a scrambled egg type mixture....instead of a smooth consistency that can be poured when adding it to your whipped cream. Please don't anyone try this at home. Broken glass in your oven or in your pastry is never good. ❤
I don't recall seeing eggs in the pastry cream. I may have dozed off. The intensity of watching ALL of the strips of pastry get cut, very carefully, was too much for me.
Wow! What an incredible dessert! 🍰😍 The combination of the puff pastry and the creamy filling is mouth-watering. It looks so easy to make and the result is just perfect! It's sure to disappear in minutes here at home too. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe! 👏👏
💜
Just how did the pastry come off the glasses. IMPOSSIBLE
Funny how you don't show getting the pastry off in one piece from the not oven safe glasses, because it can be done

How you take pastry out after baking?
Very big pastry if for one person. I always fast forward because it’s too long.
Put their videos at 2x speed. You're welcome.
Did he break his glasses to get the baked pastry off the glass???? Show how to remove please😂
The glass shattered from the heat.😂
😂 Exactly 💯. "Click Bait"
Same wondering question??? How the puff cups got out sound 😵💫😆
I was wondering the same thing
I thought the same Strange thing 😂
I so agree with you. Putting wine glasses in the oven. Not goner happen. The only healthy part of the dessert is the nuts. I will pass.
Feel free to safely brake the glass to free the pastry.... It's a No 😂
How did you get the pastry off the glass???
The fact that he didn’t show how to get the pastry off tells me he broke all the glasses. Makes it a damned expensive dessert!
@@LizzyMom AND an extremely dangerous risk of tiny glass fragments in the food.

Right? 😅
OK, I was wrong. That’s amazing. I do wanna know how you gets it off that glass.
That’s why I watched the whole video! 😣😟
I don't think those types of glasses can withstand that kind of heat
I agree. No way they would withstand the heat without cracking.
I'm wondering too, how the hardened pastry slid off the glass with the narrow end at the bottom!!???
That's just insane. The glass would shatter at 180 degrees and must be some kind of joke.
If u look the one in the middle has got a line down the length of the pastry and sealed it back ,that's what I think
@AngelaRowlands-c4w thanks 👍🏻
If you look at the one he is filling there is a line going down the length of the pastry, i think he cut it and sealed it .
Ok...this video ridiculous..not showing how pastry was removed from glass! Sorry, last time watch his video.
OMG 😢 make homemade vanilla pudding and chop up those hazelnuts with a food processor! Also, use cones that you can slip the pastry off of!
How ridiculous. The only way
to get the pastry off is if the glass breaks in the oven, which it will.
I think she’s gonna put it in the cup and use the pastry as your dipper to eat it. That’s what I think sounds good to me anyway.❤
It's a she? Very hairy arms 🤣
Had to fast forward with the chopping of the nuts, get a rolling pin and bash them, or get ready made crush nuts. How think looks 🤔 👎🏽💩
Velmi klamavé. Musel bys sklenice rozbít, abys těsto dostal ven.

No that was custard powder
Painful!

Aaaaahhhhhh ........ But you will need to be able to remove the baked pastry from the glasses. ‼️‼️😂
Sooooo unhealthy and glass in oven no way !
You eat the glass too people duhhh.
😐😳😂🤪🤌🏾🤌🏾‼️‼️
Exactly 💯
The author obviously realised this, but continued to complete a deceitful video in order to collect "likes".
