  • @IvanFloresArt

Just received these gloves from super export shop. Same red one as yours, but seems like they are a newer model.
Comparing mine to yours, mine has a different shaped padding on the side, the weight is printed onto the cuff versus the tag on yours. I ordered 16oz and they weigh 14oz. And they are very stiff. I have fairtex and twins gloves and these buakaw are the stiffest. Doesn't feel broken in at all, which is the main reason from your video which convinced me to buy them.
I wish they were true to weight, and had that broken in feel i wanted. But shipping back to Thailand is expensive, so I'll still use them for bag work. The quality of the glove is great otherwise. Just wanted to share in case anyone else wants to order these!

I've seen your review on these as you showed they are 13oz and not 16, but I ordered them anyway, I thought to myself that its maybe only one fault pair in this case but I was wrong, exactly the same, I ordered 16 and they were 13oz, next thing I've never had so stiff gloves on my hands, very solid and in my opinion not good for sparing, I have also long fingers but not that big palms or wrists so size was good in term of width but I felt that its little-bit short for my fingers, After couple of punches on heavy bag I felt like my wrists bend outside as my fists doesnt have correct position in them and I kind of stretched tendones which never happentd to me in any gloves so I returned them back... I've seen also your review on FAIRTEX BGV19, are those similar? or better for sparing? looks softer to me and I consider to exchange them.

Hey man! Thanks for the reviews, they've def helped me out as someone who's new to boxing looking for a solid pair. I do have a question tho: would these gloves be good for someone with longer, skinny fingers (mine are 19cm from base of the palm to the tip of my middle finger)? Hey a bit disappointed. I ordered from superexport shop and I live in the UK. HMRC in the UK wouldn't allow the gloves to come through customs due to the super export shop devaluing shipment costs.and avoiding taxes/fees. Quite confused but they are being sent back because of this. They specifically said this company has been banned from exporting to the UK. Was looking forward to using these gloves. Damn.

Gloves are great for training, hopefully they can get their weight correct. Just like Reyes and a lot of Mexican gloves which are several ounces overweight
