    I don't know any company that sells a good window for less that $700. The expensive windows are from Andersen that are around $1500-$1800 each. $700 is very competitive for a replacement window

    Anybody can sell a Qualified Lead but how much money can you put in the deal. The prices have gone up more like a $1000 to$ 1400 an Opening .

    I own a window company in Ohio and we have always been a referral generating business, now with the times we need to change some things up. Do you have any suggestions on how to start door to door service?

      Find a good sales manager, build a system, then have him/her hire more people. What part of Ohio? I'm from the Columbus Area.

      Develop a script, rebuttals and system to knock on doors in the area every 3 months. You have to remember if you put a guy in a neighborhood one time he'll only get to speak to maybe 40% of the homeowners. Even less when there's less light. On install day, have your best guy go into that same neighborhood and knock on the doors so people can associate your company with those windows.

    I work for a company in Michigan we specialize in a pultruded fiberglass window. People are always trying to cheap out and get a vinyl window.. But by the end of the day they're going with our fiberglass the right salesman will turn any no to a yes !!

    Look up creepy salesman in the dictionary…it’s this guy. Buddy, listen to you customers, understand why they’re interested…no need for manipulation…you’re not nearly as clever as you think you are.

    Hopefully this guy is not teaching anyone how to sell windows because he obviously has no idea what he’s talking about. Those are some of the worst lines I’ve ever heard any so-called window sales person use in my life and I have trained hundreds of sales reps.
