- This set is part of the 80th D-Day anniversary.
Previous Willys and Jeeps of the US Army used 1:28 scale and are mostly more detailed. But the new 1:35 scale also has a nice look and an additional trailer.

I believe 1:35 looks pretty good in terms of scale next to figures, with 1:48 being almost spot on.
Very cool. I think this was only previously available in the Executive edition of the D Day landing boat, but great to see it get a separate release. While the larger scale also looks great, really like how this has a much more traditional build of pieces than a mostly full body shell. Even at a smaller scale this looks great and detailed, and the build itself looks stable, and well engineered. Definitely want to pick up a couple of these when available.
All three of the new 1:35 Jeeps were sets I really looked forward to.
Shame about the pricing tho... These little guys are VERY expensive for what you pay for. Even by 1:35 scale standard (which is comparatively more expensive than 1:28).
I'M ALWAYS WATCHING YOUR VIDEOS
AND I HAVE TO SAY, THEY ARE BECOMING MORE AND MORE PROFESONELER, WHICH IS ALREADY A SUPER PERFORMANCE CUT TECHNICALLY 👍👍👍👍👍
YOU SHOULD START AT THE MOVIE 📽 BEGINNING, AS AN EDITOR...... 😉
I'M COMPLETELY SERIOUS ‼️‼️‼️
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, AND I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO EVERY NEW VIDEO (MOVIE)
I SEND YOU ALL THE BEST AND A LOT OF SUCCESS FROM GERMANY 🇩🇪 🇩🇪
1:58 the machine gun is movable, you just can't push the magazine box all the way into the hole. Let is stick out a little bit and it will be able to move.
on cal 50
If you move that green box that has cal 50 outward a little, it could now move.
try it it might work ✌🏻
Definitely a nice little kit 😊
I definitely like how they used more "standard" pieces here, instead of big moulds like older ones. I wish you compared it to the Higgins boat jeep (and see if new one fits into the boat)
Day 1 of asking Brickmeet to try Sluban T14 Armata
Good luck😊
I believe he already did
1:35 looks cool plus i think it will go perfect in minifigure scale!
Of course 1:28 offers a lot of details and playability but as a person who wants to do dioramas or MOCs, I'll say I would go to 1:35 scale. Never mind the interior and miniscule details as long as it mostly looks the same as the actual.
It's a fun looking build without the uni-body specialized Jeep pieces that Cobi has used in the past but, I do not like the new 1:35 scale that Cobi has been doing most of their ground vehicles in. I missed out on a few sets and seeing they've come back to making those models again, I had renewed hope, but once I had the little tank put together and sitting there, I still feel I missed out on the model that I really wanted. I hope feedback is getting to Cobi and they see that a lot of people prefer 1:28 for ground vehicles.
Will probably get this because of this video😁
4:48 "little willy's"😂😂 now i hope cobi is gonna make a little willie, would be cool
they did a great job
Cobi dukw❤
Yayy
These look like the perfect size to put on a lego freight car! Do you think they’re worth the 28 dollar price tag? I’m thinking of buying multiple but I want to know if they’re worth it!
Do you have the impression that mounting the wheels is very delicate? When I was building the limited edition IS-3, when installing small rims in front of the wheels, there were white traces of almost a crack, even though I tried to be gentle. I'm curious what it looks like on other vehicles where I have no way to check it without removing the wheels, such as Maus
hello from Shlisselburg
Built this one myself too, its a little steep in price but looks neat, will you be doing the Akagi at any point?
Fun fact: most of the american jeeps in the Phillipines are given to the locals and were modified into transportation jeeps call "jeepnies" and it is the most popular transportation in the Philippines today.
You make it look so easy, also I'm getting this set
Nvm. Changed it for the old Ford GP because it has engine detail
Für ein Diorama ok aber einfach nur zum hinstellen…ich weiss nicht😂der 1:12 Jeep ist interessant gefällt mir besser als der Kübelwagen.Schönes Wochenende
