You should try valerian root instead of melatonin. Valerian root eliminates stress factors so you fall asleep easy, but it lasts throughout the day so you’re in a better mood. Melatonin can make you a little more depressed
for your safety you should avoid going on your runs/walks at the same time or on the same trail everyday. I recommend switching it up everyday. There are creepy people in this world and I would hate for anything bad to happen. Love you!!
