people underestimating Cagayan De Oro so much that they didn't even do research and know that CDO is consider and still sustaining in the top 10 Highly urbanized city, and they'll be the next metropolitan (4th in Philippines by 2025) followed by Manila, Cebu, Davao. the growth of CDO is fast because they're dominating the investments, industrial, businesses. they're also the trade gateway of mindanao. Cebu, Davao, CDO are the right top 3's here. You also have to take note that, CDO isn't that populous but still manage to be one of the richest in VIS/MIN. I expect that Cebu and Davao has much more income/revenue bcs of there population. Cebu is Rich because logically, they're the oldest city in the Philippines, Davao is Rich because of there agriculture and effectiveness of governance under duterte's administration. CDO on the other hand has nothing compared to these two, but still manage to get on top. I'm from Taguig, and I've been in CDO once, as a economic major. CDO has the potential to be one of the greatest city, specially the currently development of there CDO Uptown and flood controls. no doubt why they see Cagayan De Oro as the next metropolitan, because CDO really has the potential.

This ranking is about local government assets, not about who has taxi operations, high rises, malls, etc. Yes, the richer the city, the more developed are its public infrastructures and social services. Richer cities tend to have better medical facilities, better public education facilities, better road network conditions, etc. High rises or malls are mainly assets of private enterprises so they don't count.

taga Iligan ko, and I can say that butuan is more developed. we are behind in infra. and has less economic activity. i’ve been to Butuan, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, CDO, Davao and Cebu. and i can say Iligan is extremely behind them all

I am not particular with some of any other cities as aforementioned in this video, however i'll be focusing my comment to the #1&2 ranking, i used to live in cebu and been visiting back & forth to davao city back in 2008-2013, i don't know how much the total income of cebu city & davao city but as an ordinary individual, i felt more comfortable and more convenient to live in, between these two cities, in Davao city than in cebu city, once in a week i got food assistance from davao city (1 kilo of rice, 1 sardines, & 20 pesos cash) which i didn't experience nor observe in cebu city. When i got hospitalized in davao city without a single penny in my pocket, the government did pay for my hospital bill, when i lost my job, it's easy to find job in davao city, I can walk in the street with peace of mind even in the middle of the night, more organized city than any other. and less beggars in the street than in cebu city. therefore, i can say that davao city is more superior and much better than cebu city. (note: i love both davao city & cebu city)

people underestimating Cagayan De Oro so much that they didn't even do research and know that CDO is consider and still sustaining in the top 10 Highly urbanized city, and they'll be the next metropolitan (4th in Philippines by 2025) followed by Manila, Cebu, Davao. the growth of CDO is fast because they're dominating the investments, industrial, businesses. they're also the trade gateway of mindanao. Cebu, Davao, CDO are the right top 3's here.
You also have to take note that, CDO isn't that populous but still manage to be one of the richest in VIS/MIN. I expect that Cebu and Davao has much more income/revenue bcs of there population. Cebu is Rich because logically, they're the oldest city in the Philippines, Davao is Rich because of there agriculture and effectiveness of governance under duterte's administration. CDO on the other hand has nothing compared to these two, but still manage to get on top. I'm from Taguig, and I've been in CDO once, as a economic major. CDO has the potential to be one of the greatest city, specially the currently development of there CDO Uptown and flood controls. no doubt why they see Cagayan De Oro as the next metropolitan, because CDO really has the potential.

I am not particular with some of any other cities as aforementioned in this video, however i'll be focusing my comment to the #1&2 ranking, i used to live in cebu and been visiting back & forth to davao city back in 2008-2013, i don't know how much the total income of cebu city & davao city but as an ordinary individual, i felt more comfortable and more convenient to live in, between these two cities, in Davao city than in cebu city, once in a week i got food assistance from davao city (1 kilo of rice, 1 sardines, & 20 pesos cash) which i didn't experience nor observe in cebu city. When i got hospitalized in davao city without a single penny in my pocket, the government did pay for my hospital bill, when i lost my job, it's easy to find job in davao city, I can walk in the street with peace of mind even in the middle of the night, more organized city than any other. and less beggars in the street than in cebu city. therefore, i can say that davao city is more superior and much better than cebu city. (note: i love both davao city & cebu city)

Not accurate to think Bacolod is not there and you have not been there.Bacolod has so many highrises bldgs. and 3 times the land area than Iloilo city.They have ROCKWELL,MISSAVIRRE,VISTA,UPPER EAST,CAPITOL CENTRAL,BREDCO to name a few CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.Bacolod rank is 5th Tier cities in Asia .kaya ask ko lang why indi sya kasama.I think you didnt research well or you have not been in this cities.and last they hold the highest tower in WV sitari residences 23floors
