I found a mistake in schematic. You used 1k resistor, which is totally absent at the blueprint. I repeated it as at the schematic, and it was not working properly.
@@estechknowledge I should've fist commended you for the clever design. My only concern is its robustness (i.e. practicality for long-term use). I've been an EE (design engineer) for decades, but thanks anyway. I understand that the LEDs will limit the voltage, the source resistance will limit the current (depends on the power source though), and the transistor's Beta (roughly Hfe) will limit the current also - but these aren't matched transistors, and you're using the same base resistor values in a common-emitter configuration. So again, is this "good" (design practice)?
