You are probably the one in million food bloggers that is honest and atleast says "not my type" . Most food reviewers just go crazy and give 10/10 at all times lol
Not in this case. Some bloggers love to pick on the meals that gets a lot of credits just to get attentions and views. I have never found someone who love broasted/fried chicken who dislikes albaik
What makes the al-baik hyped because it's cheap and waaay delicious compared to the price level. It's the kind of meal you have 1-2 a week but i Respect your decision, maybe what makes it hyped is that we have used to it.👍🏻
Welcome to Saudi Arabia. I hope to explore Saudi Arabia during it. Really far from Riyadh. There is the south of the Kingdom. In the north of the Kingdom, there are popular places in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I like to eat it and eat the popular Saudi. I welcome you again to Saudi Arabia ♥️♥️♥️🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦
I think this is a fair review. Is it overhyped? Probably. Is it value for money? Most definitely. Considering portion sizes and costs compared to competitors it wins but from a taste perspective there is much much better fried chicken out there if you’re willing to pay more.
Hello from Türkiye. You said in the previous video that it was injected with masala spice, but I don't think so. I ate at Jeddah about 30 years ago and all I can remember was the density of garlic. Now isn't it? Thanks, have a good Day..
people need to stop saying "in Saudi" and start saying "the older chains in Jeddah" cause those ones are the true flavours of al baik. Even the newer ones in Jeddah taste noticeably different
@@Just_Food to be fair I haven't tried the Saudi ones but compared to the Dubai ones it's like a completely different restaurant. All I'll say is that the chicken from the older branches in Jeddah are some of the greatest pieces of fast food chicken I have ever eaten in my life. No other fast food chain that I've tried comes close. I don't know if it'll be worth your time to go to Jeddah to again try more Al baik but if you really want to, I'll say you won't be disappointed
Why dp you keep getting the big baik with cheese? That honestly is just salty and sticky. Be it whereever, just get the spicy big baik without cheese, it's decent. Depending on the branch u r getting it from, it could be between a 7.5/10 - 9/10.

Yeh that's annoyed me when watching videos to be honest, I try to remain fair but if I don't like something, you'll know about it
but al baik is my childhood fast food😢😢

You should have gone to Jeddah instead of Riyadh 😂 lol, the birthplace of AL BAIK , it's even better there💯
Brilliant! Another trip to organise 😂

Couldn't agree more

It was a pleasure to meet you, I hope you liked the video
Yes BrO..
I like this video..
& again welcome in albaik.
Thank you.
Love your channel, I hope you’re always going to be this honest with your reviews!
That's the plan!
For sure, should've gone to the one in Jeddah. 😜 Maybe you can incorporate it into an entire Jeddah eatery video - lots of great restaurants.
I think that sounds like a great idea
I missssssssss albaik :( it was my favorite fast food when i was in jeddah ♥️ its also related to my childhood memories 🥹
Everyone knows Al Baik outer Mongolia is the best
You just had to didn’t you 😂
How times have changed. I remember a time when recording yourself in a restaurant in Saudi would have gotten you a cavity search.
Yeh the country is coming along so much, people and businesses are far more open. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for KSA

Thank you very much, I look forward to exploring more of the south on my next trip
Back in the day 1990s I use to eat Long John Silvers in Riyadh and Dubai, it was great fried seafood. Too bad they closed down ages ago
The VO5 and Black All Saints tops killed me 😂
I’m glad someone appreciated it 😂
This man Traveled just to try a restaurant, I love how crazy you are.😅
bro went to riyadh al baik, you need to try the jeddah albaik
I'll give it a try when I hit Dubai in June..
Yeh let me know what you think of it
So yes it's overhyped I knew it even in Saudi version it's not the best , tha ks for sharing ur thoughts and take ur time and effort 💯
thanks for your opinion 🥰🥰
you can order big baik without cheese if you don't like it 👍
I feel like he was just being polite about it. But honestly compared to the places he eats and recommends, Al Baik is not there.
Al Baik definitely is not my go to place but I know a lot of people enjoy it
@@Just_Food understand, not my to go place either and I really appreciate the hidden gems you find. We always try to go to the places u review
We gotta see what he's gonna pick next!
Someone please say Al Baik Thailand 🤞
I’m from Saudi and I hate albaik it’s over hyped honestly 😂

Which fried chicken would you say is the best in your opinion?
If you are in Riyadh, I advise you to try Broasted Line and Broasted K 👍🏻
Thank you so much man !!!
You’re welcome
@@Just_Food do you think its worth flying all the way from USA to visit for the fried chicken? Lol
@@ahmedxkhan I think it's safe to assume you probably have better fried chicken where you live 😂
@@Just_Food lol! Not really! Kfc over here sucks! And so does popeyes! Btw can I ask you did you enjoy dubai better or istanbul?
You can order big baik without cheese & order the sauce a side will be perfect
You should've gone to Jeddah.
I knew I’d get someone saying this 😂

Yes garlic is still one of their primary ingredients but they certainly inject it with moisture, it literally ours out as you eat it

Are they chains in Jeddah really better? Is it marginal or are they really that good?

When you compare Albaik to KFC or chicken fil a the difference is huge, Albaik his the GOAT of fried chicken
You know what compared to KFC in UAE I’d give it to Al Baik, KFC abroad is another level tho
Kfc is way better😂 stop the cap. Kfc just slaps all other fried chicken to the corner
Haha Al Baik for me is more about nostalgia & the memories it brings out.

You just don’t like fried chicken that’s it 😂
Al baik has ginger or sumn that makes it taste bad imo
you're in the wrong place bro hahahha im sure people will say JEDDAH Al Baik is much better 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’ll take their word for it, I’m not travelling all the way there to try
Im in jeddah
ALBAIK is over-rated...thats it...there is many unknown places better than.
ALBAIK is playing on the pricing goal....thats it
My thoughts exactly
@@Just_Food i tried it in jeddah also btw😁 its the same
@@thamer31971n jeddah it’s wayy different
And the al bail shrimps are just🤤😋
IN UAE BROAST QUALITY IS V LOW... PLZ DON'T WASTE MONEY ON. BROST..
JUST GO AND EAT KFC
Not every branch BT in UAE Ras al khaima... Manger a attitude rude instead of appoologise he he is v arrogant..... V bad cheap service
Here in UAE RASA AL KHAIMA V BAD SERIVCE.. V BAD TASTE
Al baik broast is v low quality... KFC broast is thousand tym better than albaik
You've have to go to the one in Jeddah
Kfc is way better bro. No cap. Albaik is overrated. Chicken isnt even that good. Kfc in dubai is on steroids
KFC in the UK bangs, KFC in Dubai is horrendous. I’ve literally never eaten it without getting sick. Maybe that’s just the branch I’m near but still
