I'm from U.A.E But I'm not from Dubai
I had a 6 hour layover at Dubai Airport. I must say that airport is beyond anything Ive ever seen. Its ginormous, luxurious, bright, clean, with incredible duty free shopping, high end brands, so many restaurants/places to eat, just so much to do. People from literally all over the world are passing through there. I would visit Dubai just for the airport again!
Actually you got the whole halal thing wrong - it basically means that the animal is slaughtered in a particular way.. it’s forbidden in islam to eat pork or drink alcohol
