It's okay to be vulnerable, not an unmanly aspect. Turn to Christ for all your matters, for He alone can give you true peace of mind. I had similar situations, first job was at 16 and worked at Tacobell, it can be a true blessing to have the means and ability to work. Enjoying life and working can be achieved simultaneously! Seek Christ and you will find comfort brother :)
You won’t be able to become a man without entering the workforce. The next step will always be scary, for your own good don’t just sink into something comfortable. keep your head down and your hood up. Stay quiet work on yourself and you’ll be a man soon enough.
