it's working! Now I can import my big scale model into the lumion without any crash issue. It does take awhile to import but most importantly it does work 😍

Didn't work for me. My Lumion open without showing nothing, only the boxes for the serial number. Even when I put the serial and click where is supposed to have a box to validate it, nothing shows up. But when I click around on the screen, I can see it's working, just new things pop up. I followed Lumion support and nothing. Also, I'm trying to run with my Nvidia graphic card and it just refuses to open. Lumion starts, but close even before launching, but says it's still open in the background so I can't open another.
This feature requires an active internet connection. please double-check that your windows firewall(and other 3rd party firewall or internet security software) are not blocking lumion 9. 0.2. Your router should allow lumion to access the internet via port 80 (HTTP) and port 443 (HTTPS). How I solve this type of problem? (Any reference video)
