But the financing for this type of home is not available. There is waaayyyy to much red tape.
That's still way too far out of anyone's price range that's making minimum wage or low income that's not affordable for a lot of people
This would require a place to rent land.
Exactly and you would have to use a personal loan. No financiers are backing this with a mortgage.

@@0ut.And.Ab0ut no loan needed if you have cash. So many would not have to get a loan. Many communities wouldn’t give permits for that type of land use. I think many who buy them don’t do their due diligence before purchasing and find out too late they really don’t have a complete home
