That skidder looks like a beast on a gooseneck after seeing them only on low beds my whole life! I agree it’s amazing what these new trucks can do and safely! Nice video!

The coolant sensors in these trucks are not that great. Just replaced the one in my 2018 Ram 2500. Not a difficult job to replace it, but that "low coolant" warning light was freaking me out.
It’s time to replace my 2005 dually with a new one. Looking at the 5500 for weight rating but like what your 3500 can do compared to VBelts 5500. If buying a 3500, what few things would you spec or change to run towing equipment in your weight range.
Well between the two truck tire Gana know if you need a 5500 over a 3500, I don’t use “payload” that much just the hauling aspect. I do like having the wide track axle though that’s on the 4500-5500 trucks. And honestly I wouldn’t change much with this truck. I just want to upgrade the fuel tank to the SB 60 gallon. If it was from factory it’s 50 gallon. Still happy with out running airbags Cosmetic wise I do wish I had the black out headlights
@@lokedog916 it was in the 50-60s in temp that day. Truck already doing a lot better with the horn and intercooler tubes. Double checking the other day this machine was 27k lbs not 22-23 that in first assumed. Truck ran as typical as it does.
All in a days work..Making the best of it..boost awaaaay🎉🎉

Luckily sensor is still fine but definitely annoying how sensitive they can be about turning of and on lol they want you to check that coolant
Dang brother. Now that’s Heavy towing 😂😂😂💪🏻👍. I’m surprised Ram don’t get you to make a ripping commercial 😂😂💪🏻💪🏻
I’ve been waiting for their call. They need to step it up 😂

Lookin good Tavit. You running a 2 5/16 or 3" ball?
Thanks my man! She’s running a 2 5/16 at this time.
3” neck might be ordered here soon, trying to see if the extra 2k payload is worth it though.
That’s what she said
I wish 🤣
Good to you posting videos and hauling again man. Good job, Looks like you drove down somewhere near Markleeville then to Loyalton area?
Thanks my man! Feels good doing it again.

They both do the same thing. Except my rig requires a 3 inch ball..

What kind of intercooler is that thing running?
What's the name of your rear view camera mirror?
I forgot I cut that whole part of the video out 😂
It’s the “Wolfbox” brand
I love super clean.... Back in high they had a tire shine that lasted forever and was great to do burnouts with 🫣🫣
Haaa best way to use that
What kind of intercooler is that thing running?
Stock intercooler. I think banks is making one right now for these trucks, we shall see
@@IManOPERATOR just seems really warm for such cold temps, lowering that will help lower EGT’s. Intercooled my 7.3 IDI and dropped 350 degrees
