Dude, love so much of everything you said in this one. Not a big job but turning point for me was when my tree company buddy asked me to come run a rental 5 ton mini on a stumping job. Now I’m waiting on CSLB to issue my Gen A number so I can start ripping.
awesome video. include more hauling and chain down videos as well. currently got done clearing and prepping 4 acres for truck parking and we are waiting on prices for asphalt millings. definitely a great calling since i do this everyday for a company. 13 years in grading and asphalt so far and want to go on my own.

Amazing how your 310 handles that 72" grading bucket! I need one, but am thinking a 60" wide bucket might not be so so 'tippy' with a full load. I also need to trailer my 310, would you stick with the same Diamond C Trailer you have now or would you change it up some? As always, I really appreciate your thoughts! So glad to see you're growing and doing what you love!
You’ll be surprised, I load out trucks with the grading bucket safely and easily. It’s such a solid platform of a machine. I love my DC gooseneck, if I have the opportunity down the road and a truck for it, I would get the 40k step deck. More usable platform and capability. And always appreciate the support my man
I was in the air force I went from building my first 855 Cummins in the US to rebuilding a 6 story diesel on a base in Italy 🇮🇹. It took 3 months .i was on a crew of 12 guys. 5000 hp at 90 rams. There were 4 crank shafts . The head's were 2 stories tall .clip the wings off a 747 plane and put the fuselage in a cylinder . That was the bore size . The block is called a frame. It was also a dry sump.that was my great thing .after my stint in the air force I worked at an electric company.

The 310 is a nice rig, I can see owning one at some point if the bidenflation ever lets up, machine prices are nuts these days. Joe Rogan is where it’s at for sure, and. FJB. Dozer would have been nice, and/or a larger loader… run what you brung!
