I just purchased this little machine from Temu, and it's due to arrive in a couple of days! I'm glad I ordered the A and B plates too, as I'm new to die cutting, and wasn't sure if I had to have them too. They don't come with the machine I don't think. I also ordered a few of the smaller die cuts, hoping they will fit in this machine! Thank you for this video, as it gives me a better idea of what to expect.
It does come with a set of plates, but it is good to have extra sets on hand. I love my machine!!! I hope that you will love yours too :o)

It really is! It can only work with really small dies, but for cardmaking, it is ideal...and it is so portable. I love mine :o)
What machine do you use for their larger dies that won't fit in the craft buddy?
I use either my Spellbinder or my Sizzix Big Shot, depending on which one I can get to easily at the moment AND depending on the thickness of the die. If it is a thick one, I use the Big Shot.

Thanks for the review. My mom ordered me this as part of my b day gift. It's on Teusday and I can't wait to play around with it. She also got me a.second set of plates to make sure I have a back up set. How do you know which plate is A and which one is B?

How do you emboss with this machine
I have not tried it, but, you would do it the same only with an embossing plate.
I just ordered one, same color as yours. It looks like it works well, however I wonder why the handle is on the left? Most people are right handed! Just seems odd.
I think you cam turn it to use either hand. I only wish it was a bit larger because some of my dies are too big for it. But, it is just the right size for the Art Impressions Matchbook dies, which is the main thing I wanted this for. I hope you like yours!
Hi there! I ordered some embossing folders from Amazon, but I won’t be ordering the Sizzix because it’s way to expensive. Can I order this and cut down the embossing folders and fit it inside this little machine to emboss my Cardstock? I’m trying to improvise!
You probably could, I have never tried it. Maybe try it on a less expensive embossing folder or on one you don't care as much about, just in case it doesn't work...I understand about the expense but you might be able to find a used Sizzix Big Shot on eBay or even Facebook Market Place...it would be worth looking to see.
Does it come with embossing folders? What size folders does it take if you want to buy more designs??
It does not come with any embossing folders or dies. It is really small. I can't give you measurements because I let someone barrow it and have not gotten it back yet :o( It is REALLY great for cutting with small dies for card making and stuff, but some dies I have for cards are too big for it. I am sorry, I know I'm not being much help.
@@erikshappywife That helps a lot really. I ordered one. Figured its small. Ordered lots of dies..tiny ones I hope. I have not ordered emboss folders as was not sure of size. I only make 4x6 cards so thought this would work. Hopefully you get your machine back. Dont people understand we must create!!!! Lol
What size dies can You use with it?
I think it would take dies up to 4 or 5 inches wide, but I would have to measure the opening to be sure. It is am awesome little die cutting machine. I love it!

I think it should work with them. It works with all my small, thin, metal dies, so far. I love it because it is so small and easy to use.

It is $29.76 right now on Temu for the same color. I don't remember what I paid for mine, I am sorry...but at $29.76 it is a good deal, I think. I love mine.
