- We are in the most southern point of Ekas and we are really starting to love life here in Lombok. The locals are so friendly, outright helpful, and all round wonderful. Stay with us on our journey to beaches and sights around this new island :-) We even see a wedding.

Yes, we love the chaos too. So much so that we are considering settling in Kuta (Bali) for a while.
Awesome Lombok journey, thank you for showing us. The only reason i think Lombok is not on everyone's destination trip is the travel time to get there by boat. I think i would fly to Komoda Island, do a 3-day boat trip .Then fly to Lombok Island for 5 Days, then a couple day's on Gilli air. Have you guys considered doing the Komodo Island boat trip? If you do you should jump on with other people to keep the cost low😍🏝🦎

Yes it definitely is, wide and beautiful with amazing culture and people. We are planning on heading to Java in a few months from now.
