Re, bags: A bit of both as Kuta has slightly more variety and some mirror quality shops, BUT - there are more bags than you could take home in Sanur, their Premium Quality is of a high standard and the prices are basically what you could bargain down to elsewhere (as long as you are good at it and are willing to wear yourself out doing it). When are you going to Bali.

Hi. We are school teachers (but have been tapping into long service leave, leave without pay and teacher holidays all at the same time over the last two years). I think we spent a total of 6 of the last 12 months in Bali, even more the year prior. We have been back in Melbourne for the last 12 weeks and will be flying out again in a week from now, can't wait (we will also be spending some time in Vietnam this year as well). Sam and Mich :-)

We prefer dry season. Even the locals find the humidity of wet season to be hot, and, beaches are dirty during wet season.

Thanks heaps Paul. It is so different outside of the busy ultra tourist parts of Bali. Well worth exploring a little. Make sure you check out both the Lovina and Amed videos.

Relaxing and dining is one of the best things to do there. Yeah, traffic has exploded especially in relation to cars which is one of the main reasons that the place has become, at times, almost unbearable - that's why we like to get out and explore other parts of the island.

Wallets everywhere in all the qualities. Usually at the front of stores, but they are becoming less of an item as phone cases have become the new wallet. You can catch a glimpse of them as we enter stores.

Bali store. It's a proper shop, and when I bought it, I think that there were only two stores in Bali. Now it has become a chain with new ones popping up all over the place (just like Mcdonalds). Shirts are $30 - I think that prices should come down now seeing that their stuff has become mass produced (still top quality though).

Definitely say hi if you see us. Shopping: we have quite a few videos on the topic and are just about to release one about fixed price shopping in Sanur (bag after bag after bag). Hmmm, where to go - it really does depend on what you are after, but, really, you can't go wrong as long as you know what you should spend (but the heart of Seminyak is hard going and mostly way overpriced). yes, they make everything black. Never tried super colostrum, but, if it keeps everything in, is that a good idea if your body is trying to expel bacteria (food poisoning)?

We are still paying way way less than the overwhelming majority of people. Eg: paying $8 to $9 for a dress, $5 for shorts and $5 for mediocre sunglasses ($10 for good ones) etc. Some see it as a game where driving the price down to a pittance is good practice which doesn't need to happen. What we pay in our videos (we have a few) is pretty spot on.

I see people, time after time, including us - bargaining our backsides off to still end up paying more or the same as the fixed price stores. Everything about them is easier (and, if you want, they are still slightly negotiable). 64 times, that means that you are always in Bali, if you see us, be sure to say hi.

Ahhh, really, it's the first soccer top I have bought. It did feel really comfortable. They did have great quality in the first, just not the top I was after. Okay, Manchester united Ha Ha, LOL.

Sabrinas is only slightly negotiable. But yes, we didn't get to haggle in that store because the owner recognised us and was really happy about some of the business last year's video brought her. As a result, she literally gave us the bag at cost, first time that has ever happened to us. it felt nice to be recognised for some of the hard work we put in.

There are no issues with bringing items back to Australia. Pack neatly in suitcase so they don't get crushed on the way home and HAPPY DAYS.
