Number 8 was my favorite it had no dickel in it. Before that #4 was the best also no dickel. I would be curious to see if 10 lives up to 8 I kinda doubt it though with as much as they had going on with 8
Not trying to be a contrarian, but Bardstown bourbon has only left me scratching my head as to why people love them so much. The only one I really like enough to buy again is the Origin Rye. I do love the fact that they sell $25 boxes of mini bottle samplers. I wish more distilleries did that. I mean, if I paid full price for a 750 bottle of discovery Series, I’d have massive buyer’s remorse, so I hope they keep offering those Sampler boxes.
First thing: Disco 8 which is my favorite has no Dickle but only Kentucky, Indiana, Ontario and finished with different wood staves...it tastes like a Neapolitan Ice Cream Coke Float... delicious... cheers 🥃
I was just down and their distillery on Friday and picked up their last bottle of #8 in the gift shop. Lots of #10 out on the shelf as it was release day. Great folks down there doing new and different things with whiskey. #8 has Ontario and Indiana whiskeys that make it unique versus the #10, or vice versa perhaps. Great review!
Good review Judge. I have Disco 7, 8 and 9. Did not care for 7 that much, especially at $150. I like 8 and 9. The color on 10 was quite different (yellowish) from 9. Will need to think about getting 10, or using the $150 towards something else.
Loved Disco 9 and I think the GA bourbon was a big reason for that. Gives it a totally different vibe. Because of that I’m gonna be a buyer of Disco 10.
When is “THE JUDGE” whiskey line being released? Look at 4 gate , Penelope, 2XO and. All the others sourcing and bottling whiskey!! If you’re in marketing ……you can make a go of it!! Couple investors and 60 barrels rom MGP and my friend. You are on your way!!
Thanks for the heads up Judge! Will be on the lookout for this one
Anytime
Great review. Will keep eye out for this one. Cheers.
Thanks for the review Judge!
Hopefully you score a Disco #11 next! Would love to see that and how to compares to the rest of the lineup. Great review Judge
Thanks! Will do!
Sounds good, I might grab a pour if I see it out at a bar
Absolutely Tony
Great episode. I’m calling for disco blind with all the releases by the judge
Ohhh T I like that idea a lot!! Salute
How does this compare to other premium whiskeys from distilleries such as Four Gate and Old Carter?
Different- completely 4 Gate is typically all finished and OC finds some some but great quality barrrels.. just different as a whole

They are different. If I had to choose..8 all the way!!
I've had everything from Disco #3 through #9. Wish I'd stopped buying after #4.
Lol really??
@@BourbonJudge 3 and 4 were special. 5-8 forgettable, 9 pretty good. Just a lot of money for underwhelming bottles. 10? TBD.
New label is fire
Yes sir!
Great video, good to hear that it is different from previous versions. I will keep an eye out, cheers Judge
Jimmy.. cheers my man
How can I get a shot of your infinite bottle?😂🎉
Lol

All good. Nothing wrong with your perspective Brad. Cheers
Do we know where the GA whisky is coming from?
I don’t - maybe old 4th ?
Definitely grabbing it. Love the disco series.
It's so good!
Man disco doesn’t disappoint
No doubt

Yeah more spicy less darker notes

Great show judge... I knew this one was a buy a soon as I saw that little bottle they gifted you.. They definitely knew what they were doing
Lol absolutely
Love your channel, keep em coming.
Thanks, will do!
I’ll be in Kentucky next weekend, may have to head to BBC and get Disco 10. I really enjoyed 8 and 9. Cheers
Drinking my fave #4 while watching you review #10 by comparing it to #9. God, I just love Bardstown.
I tried disco 10 at bardstown yesterday. I thought it was fantastic. A ton of flavor and very coating and viscous
So good!
Bourbon Judge great video as always. Have you ever tried Pappy 15, 20, 23? If so, is it worth the hunt?
All good and but no way worth the hunt!
Can't wait to try 10!
