The first set of new buildings/condominiums were nice, primarily because of the massive windows that let all the natural sunlight into the structure. The Thai palm trees are beautiful. The best things for me personally are the large, new lap swimming pools outdoors only facilities. It looks like a beautiful place to live. America is not it anymore.

Too many "flexers" same dudes that would flex in the U.S. are just moving their dollar over there. The #MoveInSilence gents are just those like me and others who should just stay away from the cameras & posting content on TH-cam & keep their moves hush and quiet....while still being successful. That's why I emphasize a lot of gents to NOT only get your passport but apply for a residence permit in the country of your choice and possibly think about becoming a full time expat. Because you get way more bang for your buck,especially if you use the trifecta method of international travel.

I stayed up North in Chiang Mai, but I haven’t been down to Thailand beaches yet. I’m currently chilling in the Philippines. I might swing by Pattaya later next month. I think Filipinas are hotter than Thais, but Thailand beach and nightlife is far superior.
