Ashley, if that is the neighborhood that is located off of Roberta Road, in Concord...my ex-wife and kids live in that neighborhood. She lives off of Kent road. She bought her house and moved in, about 6 -7 months ago. The house was pre-built. And, according to her...the floor is uneven, and there are already cracks in the walls. She is having a problem with the builders fixing the issue, especially, during this COVID19 pandemic. I've even looked at the house that was recently purchased by her nextdoor neighbor. And, her garage door is coming apart, already. Mind you, these are newly built homes. The houses look the same. But, if this is the same neighborhood, and builder...then I do not recommend them. And, If I am wrong about this neighborhood and builder, then you have my sincerest apology!
I am pretty sure they have that option. If you do the separate shower/tub then you will lose that master bathroom linen closet... but you don't really need it since the closet is so large.

I am pretty sure they have that option. If you do the separate shower/tub then you will lose that master bathroom linen closet... but you don't really need it since the closet is so large.
