Land titles should never be cancelled this is against the principle of indefeasibility.
@kaftt2199 The issue being discussed is about sales of state lands and properties that must and should not be in the hands of cronies and political exposed individuals both in government and private. Politicians should stay away from lands that belong to the government. The law states clearly that lands should be returned to the actual families and owners from which government bought for development when no longer serves the purpose. Greed and corruption are prerequisite for military take overs across the regions eg Guinea-Bissau.

So damning to hear and listen how our politicians are managing and leading this country . As i indicated under from Prof Gyampo post on Pratt speech.
The next government must work harder together with the law to make sure every corrupt person in the Republic especially people holding leadership positions are brought to books

@@lovelaceowusu-asante7212 is that so boss, I'm not limiting my argument to this government and I'm actually making an argument based on all of the speakers on the issue including the minister of lands and natural resources and they're all agreeing to the fact that there's a conflict of interest and therefore I'm encouraging every leader to apply the law.
If the NDC has done that and it was wrongly done then i expect the current government to take actions against them just like I'm telling the NDC to do should they equally get the opportunity to lead since they are making a lot of allegations and seem to be buying into the idea of the public.
