i love mika so much. i wasnt one of those people that wanted her in the game, i actually wanted other characters so i was against it but i am so glad to be wrong. she is my favorite character in SFV.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate how badass Birdie was in SFA3. When I had this game as a kid I was legit scared to face him as a COM opponent. In SFV he is cartoonishly comical to look at given his food cravings. On to the main note though, I loved Mika in Alpha I would play as her all the time. I like how SFV kept true to her style and some moves while adding new moves to mix it up.
Ok so the supers off the top rope, and the machine gun headbut + throw...I'm speechless. I LOVE sf5 mika but didn't really touch her in alpha. I mean I would not question her design in this game but I wish wish wish WISH those two moves were in the game as well. If they eventually re-add the choice of supers (as they did in SF4), please god add at least one.
As a Mika mainer in Alpha3 I have to say that her redesign in terms of gameplay was a great change. I loved to play her in Alpha3, but her SFV version is really fun as well. I hope Capcom releases a pack with the classic costumes for the cast. I want to play as classical Mika.

Alonzo There *is* such a thing as tag-team wrestling, though. Besides, Mika’s basically carrying the whole show; her partner just assists to make some of the moves more dynamic - like actual professional wrestling.
+The Victator its not better, its just considered more canon than Alpha 3 which retconned along of this and made holes in the plotline. I prefer Alpha 3 anyway
+Adam Alpha 2 is considered the best because it had more balance; Alpha 3 is overrun with incredible bugs like OTGs and crouch-canceling, which made anyone in V-Ism capable of touch-of-death combos. Combine the large roster with all these infinites, and you have some serious lack of balance.
SuperLuigiKart Didn't Alpha 2 have a bug that made Custom Combos unblockable while standing though? Standing is now considered very unsafe, if I recall correctly...?
Honestly, I prefer R. Mika in SF3 overall (despite her complexity) but I liked some of the changes they made in SF5. If she ever comes to SF6, I hope we get the best of both versions.
