There is a fella who made a PowerPoint. On how to obtain Hailey. He mapped out his method, times, and areas to farm. This was before the update. It was inspiring. Considering not everyone wanted to pay for Hailey, had time to grind for her, or had strong builds for Invasions.
i agree with most of the things you mention about the new invasion missions, i think most of the "problem" would have been solved simply by making the new missions multiplayer. Thats it. But going a little deeper. Like you said if you have a full dedicated build its pretty easy, you also need a really good weapon build too. Since the new missions are basically a damage check. Thats a lot of time and work...just to even attempt to do the new missions. Then once you are in the mission, you have so many small things that annoy, like there being two dummy towers with no symbols, all the towers looking in opposite directions. if you fail a task, you need to restart from the beginning. Stand still on the colored platform...while you have 30 mobs shooting at you with aimbot. Stading on the colored platfrom to shoot the boss...but the boss is just hiding behind a wall. Its really not that difficult to understand why most people didnt like the way the new missions worked. Also...lets say you get the middle time, so you get 2 Haily drops...thats not necessary more efficient that just running one of the hard missions that you can complete in 2-3 min. Of course the developers have already fixed a lof of these things by now and you also get more drops now. But im just talking about the initial fan reaction. All that being said, great video, i subscribed like 3 videos ago and im enjoying the channel
@@ransargoyl6165 The new updates to mechanics definitely are improvements to all the janky issues you state above. I think the biggest issue was them pursuing more challenging content via the seasonal exclusive content. The upcoming new difficulty for Infiltration Ops should have been where they started with chasing more aspirational content.

Seeing how fast they made the changes to this content, it only tells me that internally they're was a lot of push back to release it as they did. I'm sure there were several "I told your so" zoom calls after day 1. Also game did lose players during this period. I play around 11 pm CST and the player count used to be 35k to 40k on Steam, now it steadily sits at 25k, never above that 😅
i assume they did this insane unlock method to test and see what people are willing to give up and just pay for. i see hailey about as common now as the ultimate bunny which people bought immediately soon as they saw that outfit. might be smart to unlock as many characters as possible before some "genius" decides to switch all unlocks to haileys method.
Tbh, when I saw Hailey, I swiped so fast the card caught fire! 🔥 But kudos to you amazing players who controlled yourselves and walked the path of heroes.
I'm getting gold everytime too and just getting duplicates. and out of 36 missions of the infiltration I got it 6 times. They said non ultamates or like test runs. I got ultimate viessa in less than 2 hours versus hailey whose taking over a week and I'm half way....
@@Malficion I totally get the discouragement of playing alongside bunny. It’s an interesting dilemma within the game and one people will never be happy with one way or the other. AFK to me is more so not even leaving the spawn and those individuals who don’t even attempt to be with the team throughout an activity.
Nowadays players want everything handed to them . A F2P looter shooter that's all about grinding and players constantly asking for handouts since day one . They even had to idiot proof the invasion because they were TOO HARD for solo play 🤣🤣🤣. Who will carry me in a multiplayer game when there's solo content . I got almost all of my Hailey's parts just by farming out 5 Enduring Legacy's , which luckily are at the same Dungeon's as the amp mats I needed . I'm almost there .

When a Bunny can clear faster than I can shoot, I will just AFK till a yellow shows up...

I’m working on Luna before I try the invasions as the game won’t give me ult bunny code lol
