We just love that you can literally walk to the trails from these homes.
This house is nice, but the bedrooms are small.. the only decent size bedroom is the master bedroom.... all the other rooms should be same size as master bedroom. Honestly the rooms look like the size of a closet. The good news is the kitchen is so big, you could place your dining room table in there.
Yes we wish they would have made bigger bedrooms aside from the master bedroom. And, yes the kitchen is the gem of the house. Thanks for watching!

@@livinginsoutherncalifornia1 I want to because of the beautiful weather. It is still a toss up between California, TX and AZ. One thing I dislike about California is it is hot in daytime but gets too cold, chili at night. I prefer hot nights as well as days, this is why TX or AZ might be a better option!
Hello, There is nothing like California weather. You can literally wear shorts year round, but if its warm weather you like than California might not be the place for you. Texas and Arizona are going to be the more affordable when it comes to home values. Those states are beginning to see value also spike due to many people moving out that way and the demand is becoming greater.
