You aren't buying a fixer-upper, you'd be buying a building lot after you tear this dump down. California would make you build to their NEW standards, which is ridiculous and seriously expensive. Nothing in this place is salvageable. It might be worth $18,000.00, but nobody with an IQ is going to pay 1.8 million for that eye sore. You'd better dig deep into California's new constructions laws before you buy this place.

Thatâs the only nice updated home on that street in my opinion. I used to be the caregiver for the neighbor next door. Let tell you that street is awful dark at night and you gotta be careful with the traffic on la cuarta cars just go zooming. Nice seeing the inside of that house.

My home in Boise Idaho is bigger, newer, and nicer, and yes we have a brand new pool, live in a beautiful town. Paid $975,000. I use to live in the Fullerton area my entire life and saw that home prices were getting out of control. I feel sorry for those who make good money and yet, can't make enough to qualify regardless of excellent credit. Besides, crime is high, to many wild fires, TAXES, fuel prices, traffic, etc. If you're a trust fund baby, this might be a good deal.
