Nice work! I watched all films about this press in one evening. Thanks for this series and english language. I have deep hope that u will make next mechanism/machine from start to end. Nice content.
Sure Appu sir, Simply we should reduce or increase the pressure at pressure regulator (We can monitor on dial gauge). because as we know force is only depend on pressure and bore diameter of a pneumatic cylinder. and speed would not change theoretically... because speed of the pneumatic cylinder depends on rate of air flow not on pressure.. but there is a thing.. because air is compressible, when we reduce the pressure up to certain level.. required pressure building in air, starts consuming time.. same when we increase the pressure too much.. speed might feels changes Second though is inertia.. high pressure generate high stating acceleration.. and low pressure will generate low inertia.. if pneumatic cylinder is attached with heavy moving mass.. there will be definitely change in speed.. So the bottom line is we have to adjust have to tube the flow controller after changing in pressure.. Top of that we should always select the correct size of pneumatic cylinder size at working pressure.. I hope this will help you..
You make it very simple...and you did worked a lot for the presentation...i am subscribing your channel...and hope many will subscribe..so that you will be motivated to make more videos...😊😊
Hello, what kind of valve combination do I have to use by a vertical pneumatic lifting application to prevent the mass falls down when the air pressure is shutdown. Friendly regards from Belgium
You most welcome, I am so glad you are watching me from beautiful part of this world. However, to prevent the mass falls down when air is shutdown, (I guess you mean sudden loss of air) you must use "pilot operated check Valve" at both port of pneumatic actuator. or at least at port B (lower side port)
Very knowledgeable and easily explained. If you could kindly provide an explanation: Why would exhaust A continue to leak without experiencing pressure? Could this issue be attributed to a faulty solenoid or piston O-rings failing to retain air, consequently leading to leakage and necessitating a return to E1?
Yes, if exhaust port is continue exhausting after pneumatic cylinder reached the end position, then either solenoid valve or pneumatic cylinder is faulty. to check the pneumatic cylinder piston leakage, you could simply connect the one port of pneumatic cylinder to compressed air directly and at another port check with fingers, if there will be a leakage in piston ring, you will feel some air pressure. if not, then your pneumatic cylinder is okay. Same you can do with solenoid valve, connect the pressure port of solenoid valve to compress air, and close port A and see is both exhaust port E1 and E2 exhausting the air ? also try to shift the position of solenoid valve and check it again. if both exhaust port is exhausting then there can be internal leakage inside the solenoid valve, also do check the fittings and flow controller, these can be leakage.
Ahh.. Mujhe pata hai hume hindi me jyda acha samjh aata hai.. pr Jinhe hindi samjh nhi aati, uske liye pura content hi usel** ho jata hai.. log comment kar ke bolte hai please make content in english for everyone. isliye english use kr rha hu. I hope u understand me and not ang**y.
I would like to charge a 5-port manifold with compressed air via a quick connect hose and then remove said hose prior to starting a machining operation. The purpose of this would be to actuate 5 individual clamps to hold 5 individual workpieces for light machining. Would a one way valve be enough to keep the system pressurized during a cycle or would I have to plumb a permanent air supply within the machine environment? Thanks
As i understand, You have some pneumatic clamps. And you have to clamp the components for a long period of time. So you want to pressurize all the clamps at once and seal the air. So Your clamp will remain clamped. Wow that's nice 👍 Yes it is possible. But with time, may be after a day (depends on fittings and cylinder internal leakage), pressure will drop and will not be clamped) So it would be better if you could provide a continuous air supply in clamps, and keep the valve port ON. so leakage will be compensated all the time. Us 2/2 valve If you want to release air sometimes for any reason use 3/2 valve.
There are two design of air flow controller, As name self explanatory- Meter in means controller control air during IN, and do nothing when air OUT, and in meter out controller, Air control when OUT, and do nothing when air IN, We mostly use Meter Out with dual acting pneumatic cylinder
@@mastermechanicaldesign Thank You. In pneumatic circuit you have used both meter in and meter out circuit. This means you are controlling too and fro stroke too. Is that right?
2/1 means two port (one inlet one outlet) only one position, why you need this valve? I guess you will need 2/2 or 2/3 ?? these values are called process valves, you can find these valves commercially.
Thanks Sir Ayush for this series. It was really helpful. I have a question. Can the pneumatic cylinder get slower at the end of stroke? As when the cylinder is moving upward, air supply is connected to the lower side port, which is moving the piston upward. At the same time, air from the cylinder is moving to the atmosphere with the help of exhaust port. So, when the air is caused to move to atmosphere, there will not be any air resistance available inside the cylinder for the piston, which is moving upward. So, is there any mechanism which can slow down the pneumatic cylinder at the end of stroke? Thanks in advance.
Yes, most of pneumatic cylinder can be slow down at end of stroke, using air cushion or rubber cushion, these feature you can choose at the time of cylinder selection, air cushion is better than rubber pad cushion and if you want to control the speed pneumatic cylinder thought out the stroke , do use flow controller at inlet and outlet port.
Sure Sandeep, actually main experience wali chij ko hindi me jyda acha express kr pata hu.. aur concept and design software ko english me.. but I'll definitely try my best to explain in both language.. 😊😊 wese meri english bahut achi hai bhi nhi 🤣
Thanks alot best channel till now for mechanical design
So nice of you ❤️
Well said
This is what the way of designing I'm searching for last 3 years..!! (Also this is my first comment on TH-cam 😅)
You're welcome brother 😊 first time comment on TH-cam 😂😂

Thank you so much Krystian. I'm so glad ☺️. Yes sure we will do so many projects start to end
Nice! I will Wait for it!😊
As for you can check out Linear actuator design series, if you are interested. th-cam.com/play/PL4Q6dev1m6dv2I_nrq0ke39Kg_A8kA2Yd.html
Keep making more videos of project from start to finish , I learned a lot!
Sure !!
thanks for your excellent details, u had provided good knowledge of pneumatic valve
You welcome
Bro thank you so much you are making me a better Engineer in every video ❤
My pleasure 😊
Great sir please explain in Hindi so best understanding for every one
South me logo ko hindi samjh me nhi aati.. Isliye English me kr rhe hai
Better learn English
Very very thanks sir very easy language you told
Very nice explanation 👍
I'm glad, that you learned something new 😊
Sir , pls make complete series on other type of valve also....
Ok Sachin, noted
Very nice explanation
Thanks and welcome

Excellent video and nicely taught sir ❤❤ Can you upload the final assembly CAD file of the whole machine?
Thank you ♥️ Assembly file- okay I can email you

nice serise sir, learnt lot of new things.
a request, If possible please provide the assembly in solidworks file as STEP file assembly don't move.

For plastic components design i have to say sorry. I don't have experience in that field. Maybe in future
Make a series just about valve 😢😢
okay
Use 5X3 DC Valve with doble solenoid operated
Whenever we specify 5X3 valve, it is mandatory to specify type of 5X3. center port closed or open or pressured.
Make diagram pilot valve without solenoid
Please make full detail video on direction control valve😊😊
Yes sure Akash 😊
Put the animation overall working 😢
Hydraulic pump
Sure !!
Are bhai tere pe hindi m video bnane m jor pdte h kya .
👏👏
Thank you 😊😊
