    Overthinking for me is a big concern because I am away from my family and technically I am alone. So I am on a constant worry for my health and wellbeing, my job security and the what ifs/ worst case scenarios as well as for my family. I have tried meditation from last year and it helped me a lot to acknowledge and somehow lessen my anxiety.

    Thank you Ms. Bianca and Ms. Carelle! Very timely content. I also got a full-time job during the pandemic, which I didn't expect, because I was already working part-time while studying. I think what helped me is evaluating myself, what I'm really good at, then slowly looking for ways to enhance those skills through free courses/webinars/classes online, while expanding my network. LinkedIn and Facebook groups are the best way to do that. I would also say that letting people know what you can do helps them think of you once they hear of a job opening/business opportunity.

    Thank you. I admit I overthink a lot knowing I'm working onsite, a mom of 2 boys (a 4 yr old boy and turning 1) and no yaya. I tend to overthink esp when it is my dayoff. nasasayang tuloy off ko with hubby and kids everytime I think of all the things I needed to do. 😊 Thanks mommy B. ❤ keep it up and keep safe.

    I became a Freelance Bookkeeper in June 2019, way ahead of pandemic. BUT I got 2 more clients on March 2020 - the start of pandemic, not only that I got more raket but they are actually the high paying ones. They are still my clients to date.
