Mais hakselen met Case International 1255XL en PZ Greenland MH 180 S Quattro (2019)

Melkveebedrijf Bosch besloot dit jaar eens wat anders te proberen en een PZ Greenland MH 180S Quattro aan te schaffen om daar
met hun Case International 1255XL in de achteruit zelf de mais mee te gaan hakselen.
De ochtend ervoor kregen we bericht dat het moest gaan gebeuren, en dus stonden we de volgende dag met camera en prachtig zonnig weer erbij op het veld.
Ook naast de hakselaar zien we rode trekkers, een Case International 1056XL en 845XL rijden beide met een Mengele LAW 360 C Super Quadro (bouwjaar 1984) opraapwagen en een
Case International 856XL zien we met een Schuitemaker silagewagen.
Dit type hakselaar wordt overigens nog steeds gemaakt, maar tegenwoordig als Kuhn MC 180S Quattro, daarvoor waren ze ook nog enige tijd als Vicon verkrijgbaar.
Het minimaal benodigde vermogen op de aftakas is 90pk, maar 140pk wordt aanbevolen voor meer capaciteit.
Dairy farm Bosch decided to try something different this year, bought a PZ Greenland MH 180S Quattro and with their Case International 1255XL in reverse harvest their maize themselves.
The morning before they sent us a message that is was going to happen, so we were there on the field the next day with camera and some beautiful sunny weather.
Alongside the chopper we also see red tractors, a Case International 1056XL and 845XL with both a Mengele LAW 360 C Super Quadro (built in 1984) loader wagon and a
Case International 856XL with a Schuitemaker silage trailer.
This type of chopper is also still being made, but nowadays as Kuhn MC 180S Quattro, before that they were also available as Vicon for some time.
The minimum required power at the PTO is 90hp, but 140hp is recommended for more capacity.
