Definitely not a lawyer, but if ESPN completely orchestrates an FSU (et al) move to the SEC, and the B1G wants them but gets completely cut out of the process -- no opportunity to bid -- I do wonder if there's grounds for a lawsuit there from the B1G. I dont know, seems like FSU to the B1G is a little more likely. I have to think FSU has had some sort of informal communication and has a good idea about their ultimate destination.

I think the future is media deals with sub licensing such as ESPN recently did with TNT.
