Dr Disrespect SHUTS DOWN Joe Rogan Podcast Appearance

  • Dr Disrespect has said the he will NOT go on the Joe Rogan Experience. In a recent stream, a chatter asked if he would - and Doc said quickly that if he was going to do a podcast, he was going to do it his way regardless of how many requests he gets. Do you think Joe Rogan could handle 3 hours of the Two-Time?!

Plus you don't have to be a big time competitive player nor a player who's signed to a team, you can be a competitive player who makes money off of tournaments and placements, it seriously depends on how much you play or how dedicated you are to going pro. Same extremes can be applied to stand up as Joe has spoken about some comedians in the comedy game for 20 odd years, that never could make a career out of being a comedian ,no matter how much they wanted or how much effort they put into it it.
      Still they spend every ounce of free time all time at comedy clubs, even though they aren’t in the line up, they have zero stage time and the club isn’t having an no open Mike night, but there they are, laughing watching other comics do there set, taking notes, Bullshitting with other comics, hoping for a open spot, or another comic canceling and if not then whatever at least he had fun wasting time.

      I used to spend way too much time on videogames and I thought, what am I doing? What am I gaining? I started working out and painting instead, and those both have real results. My body is stronger and I have two paintings in my living room that I'm proud of.

    I mean he's not wrong. Especially since Rogan has talked about playing video games too much in his past, it's not good to indulge in any entertainment for hours per day.

    • @fbiagent2848
      @fbiagent2848 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Yea but the only part that Joe missed was that you can have a career playing videos games. He probably should’ve added onto it by saying don’t play games for hours a day unless you’re going to put in the effort to make a living off of it

      @@fbiagent2848 I think he was talking about the vast majority of people and not the less than 1%. You have to remember he is speaking from a former addict's pov so his view on it is based on what it did to him and those around him, which is fair. He compares it to physical games which gives you what video games can give you but with more benefits.
