I mean it's incredibly apparent how dedicated, hardworking, and talented he is when compared to Ethan who's so lazy, spoiled, and deluded that he couldn't even go along with the bit about vertical leap. I think one of the greatest things about The Doc is that he's primarily a children's entertainer and he makes great efforts to provide professional, engaging, and age appropriate content. He may talk a little smack, he swears a bit, and his character is a little self indulgent but he's also extremely generous with the time he dedicates to fans he matches with, never harasses/bullies anyone unless it's banter with another streamer, and he gets kids and adults alike excited to engage with a pastime they love. As a parent you can be comfortable letting your kid watch The Doc because it's a professional media operation with a consistent message, clear goals, and a very clear target demographic. He couldn't be more different than the vast majority of streamers and is definitely a great influence both for the industry as well as for fans.

Why ? he worked hard and got into programming, became a level designer, competed in video games in an era when it was irrelevant, then worked hard to create his image. FIgured out the audience, created a character from scratch without any helping hand in advertising and then before one of the top 20 streamers to ever hit twitch. You need to respect such consistency towards passion
support the guy man. hes probably one of the only people who admits to cheating right after the incident. he made the right choice after the wrong decision.

The character he portrays is hilarious and unique, it makes watching his streams feel different because you're not watching just a random dude frustratingly playing random games and reading donations. You're watching a character who claims to be steroid infused destroy yellow-teethed prepubescent children in high-octane matches. Watching him open up about his character was honestly really interesting and cool. I wish he did it more.

cancer69 nah AFAIK I've seen every h3h3 podcast and this is by far my favorite. the doc is just flat out entertaining and funny. Way more fun to watch than any of the other people ethan has had on the show

He really is the face of twitch. It's like what they talked about in the podcast, he is elevating the platform. He is so much different than any other streamer and that's what makes him so great. The character he portrays is hilarious and unique, it makes watching his streams feel different because you're not watching just a random dude frustratingly playing random games and reading donations. You're watching a character who claims to be steroid infused destroy yellow-teethed prepubescent children in high-octane matches. Watching him open up about his character was honestly really interesting and cool. I wish he did it more.
I think that Summit1g is the face of twitch. He has always the most people to watch him, most followers and I've known him years in twitch, tho I never watch him.
