Aura put a spell on me and I went from HATE to ADORE ... To me it was like a strong smelling green salad plus cocumber and vanilla .... it took 7 visits to a parfume shop to "accept it's diversity" and to transition from the initial shock and absolut hate, to "it's ok, I do stand it" to making me just more courious.... and it stuck so hard in my memory that it really bothered me cause I kept thinking about it, up to make me kind of like it in a masochistic way...and it made me so courious every time that it was keeping me coming back to the parfume shop to sniff it again and again... A real addiction started...so I bought it ...and WOW!!! ..not shoore if I wanna smell like that for others, but I use it for myself when I'm at home and it makes me fall in some kind of a calm extase - trance. Now buying the EDT version. And sensuel too. I'm totaly obsessed. I want them all.

I totally agree with you. When I first smelled Aura, my nose was like what the flipping flap is that, but my brain told me, you WILL love it! Lol. I got it because I like weird scents. I don't want to smell like everyone else. So I could definitely appreciate the uniqueness of this scent, but only after some time. I didn't immediately love it. I continued to smell it, and now I'm obsessed. My nose is actually looking for all those complex smells, and now it makes me nostalgic. This scent reminds me of christmas, fall, winter, but the deepness makes it somewhat feral and sexy.. so so intriguing! When you wear Mugler, you basically wear art in liquid form.

I had a semple and hated that fragrance with all my heart at first... I tought this could never ever work for me: NEVER! But I ended up trieing more and more... accepting it... buying it... and eaven LOVING IT now!😊 Now my problem is my boyfiend who hates when I wheare it... but I count on the possibility he might ' transission' from hate to love too...haha... 😜

I actually bought this blind after watching a couple of video’s about it. But I was pleasantly surprised by the scent, it’s so unique compared to other perfumes. The one perfume that I have (Aqua Di Mare) is all about freshness etc so I still have to get used to Aura😅 But I am totally here for the idea of an Amazonian princess/Walk through the jungle.🌱

I didn't get any woody scents from Aura edp at all. I got a thick vanilla mixed with a - to my nose - sickening scent of lillies. Unfortunately the scent of lilies makes me feel nautious :( I so wanted to like it, but ended up selling it.
My bottle of Aura just came in the mail and it's so weird the smell from the atomizer smells very green which I like but on the skin all I smell is white floral, I'll continue to keep trying it out I really want to love it. Maybe my nose isnt trained enough yet
3:47 Hello Soki, I got the edt a while ago in 2024. Never smelled Aura edp or the edt before. I love the scent, but different from your experience it completely disappears from my skin within an hour. (I knew Mugler perfume is known for his performance and was worried it would be too strong for me - oh, the irony.) It sticks a little better to fabric. If I didn't know the notes, I wouldn't come up with pear or iris. I would have thought of an Infusion (and overly sweetend) lemony mellisse mint tea from fresh leaves and a touch of bitter almond smell, maybe a reminiscence to woodruff. I was wondering if there was something wrong with my bottle as it doesn't show any longevity at all. and it's subtle right from the start. which i am sorry for, because at the beginning it's only positive for me and nothing bothers me. I can immediately put my nose to it, it's downright soft. but after 30 minutes it starts to disappear, after a wile it is completely gone. I am very surprised, is there any feedback about on this? For me, anything vanilla usually lasts a very long time. The shop sells original goods and I have bought there many times. Do you know, If there ist another Aura-linked perfume out there to try?
All the Mugler range are definatly scents that you need to give a couple of hours to settle to begin to actually like the fragrance. I hate the smell of them for the first hour then once they settle, i love it. Womanity and Alien are my favourite
Hi Soki. Apparently Aura is discontinued. Have you come across perfumes that smell like it? 😞💕 What I like about it is it smells deep, but there is brightness to it. And the dry down on me is light sweet and fruit. I find it like a ghost, i suddenly get a whiff of it in my apartment.

It's one of the worst fragrances I've ever smelled I would not even want it if it was being given away its being described as smelling like crest tooth paste ,pepto bismol , vicks vaporub , tiger balm , and smells like tcp antiseptic so if you want to smell like some thing out of yr medicine cabinet go ahead and buy it

The first aura Smells like a 90s perfume that i cant put my finger on. Like along the lines of the perfume Animale. Definitely 90s vibe.

I think they are discontinuing it yes but you can still find it online. It’s pretty unique, not really anything like it
