I love how welcoming the restaurant is and how unapologetically Sichuan the restaurant is. The owner's discussion at the end of the video is very important: coming to this place you can learn about food, culture and language too. Sometimes Japanese and Chinese culture is lumped together too often and this video is reminder that both cultures are very very unique. Given Japan's love for Chinese food, it's amazing that this establishment is willing to show real Chinese food front-and-center.
