EARLY RELEASE: This is the 3rd 18 inch Galaxy in the series! The purple is luminous and the colors are so vibrant they look like they are glowing! this project uses Luster pigments (Mica Powder), Metallic Powders, Gilding flakes, acrylic ink and a whole lot of sparkle! Hope you enjoy this version!
