Dear Mr Polley, I would like to do lung segmentation (so I have used your video for help) However, when I follow the differente stage, I am not able to obtain "the growing region" (there is not "island pixel in green) and then I can't obtain Brush ROI) Maybe is there something else to do before the first stage (ROI); there is a setting in viewer preference? Hi Brendan, I'd like to measure the volume of specific limb muscles or groups of muscles. Are you aware of a method could use to acheive this? Cheers, Simon
