Your comment made me laugh so much. Thanks for calling it a nice name. Another less flattering name would be stubborn. I rarely give up :). Thanks for watching
and shes crazy too :D , from what i understood after the ban she took the risk of going there with 200 dollars :D although she had the POF in her account back home
My family was rejected multiple times as well but we finally received our Canadian passports this week after a 13 year struggle! Thank you so much for sharing your story. It is very inspiring and encouraging. So glad you finally got to achieve your goal after a difficult battle
Wow! I love this. I think one thing I've come to realise is that getting a No or many Nos is not necessarily God's way of telling you something isn't for you. Many times, we Christians see a No as a sign that something is not meant to be but I've come to see that it isn't true. Sometimes, all you need to do is to try again. Imagine if you had given up, Chai. So happy and proud of you. I really enjoyed your story. Well-done 👏
I am watching this from Australia. I accidentally came across your channel while playing with the TV remote. You caught my attention that I did not know how I sat down and watched the whole content, which is unlike me. Your determination, courage and tenacity is unparallel. Not many people can stand straight in the face of many rejections. I salute your courage. You are a risk taker. You took a big risk to appeal a visa rejection in face of the probability of losing the case and 4 000 dollars. A 5 times visa rejection and you are still fighting. You are exceptional. You should be proud of yourself. You be true Naija. I have no doubt you will succeed in a foreign country. That kind of attitude and courage is what is needed in a foreign land to succeed. Thank you for sharing your story, my time was not a waste.
Wow... I have watched tons of Canadian Immigration videos but this feels very real and so deep. I lived in your story. Your insistence and doggedness is very motivating. My faith and hope is renewed. Shalom!!
Girl I subscribed! You are so inspiring, you are the definition of being resilient! Im really looking forward to go to Canada with a scholarship and I swear you just gave a boost on my goal!
This is so inspiring!! I recently got my passport yesterday... honestly ... i dont even know what to do ... i commented on one of your recent videos... i think the cut of is 1200 ... and i had 1138 from self evaluation
Aby! I've found your channel few weeks ago and your story is amazing! I'm moving to Alberta from Brazil and I'm glad I found such inspiring videos! You're such a resilient person!
This is just what I need to hear....it can be emotionally draining when you seems so close to getting something and you don't.....then a lot of questions you may not have answers to begin to fly through your mind.....I admire your strength
Aby, I somehow stumbled on one of your videos and continued watching several more. I love your story and admire your determination. You're an example why Nigerians make it in Western countries. In fact, Nigerians are the most successful immigrant group in the US, in terms of education and income. Congrats on your new citizenship. You did mention what you called "US visa denial trauma". when all the covid things are over, you now can just walk right in with your new Canadian passport.
Can I get to like this a 1000 times?!!! Aby, you show the true spirit of resilience that Canada demands. Welldone babe! If you can conquer after 5 times, I am sure the Canada winter has nothing on you. ❤️
First time watching your channel, and I’m loving it! So happy that you didn’t listen to the naysayers and persisted to achieve your dream!! I’m truly happy for you. I hope to be there with my family as well.
I admire your determination and resilience. I have learnt so much from you about not giving up. Quitting is never an option. I have watched all your videos straight.
Wow!! Such an interesting story Aby, you are so resilient. I can almost relate with your story, the differences here are that I have been in Canada; I went to school in Canada and I got a refusal not a ban. When I got ,the refusal letter, I wanted to pass out. I remember I was at work that day when I got the notification email. I kindly asked my boss to take the rest of the day off. Just like you, I also got a lawyer who filled a case to Federal court. I'd really like to know how that process was for you, because we have been waiting for about 4months now. It would be nice to connect and have a chat with you.
My dear canada is a very difficult country to migrate to. I got a visa refusal for study but just applied for a UK visa. You are a solid rock thank God you have made it. 🙏
Just seeing your video. Thank you for being real and God bless you. I have a quick question, does it mean that despite the Canada Ban, you were able to get UK visa or you had one that is yet to expire?
What an inspiring story! Congratulations once again! And hey shout out to your village people and haters and the Accra VO 😆 rub it in their face you did it!
Getting visa is very hard .and than when come here you struggle your better off going to another country thats not cold .new zealand is a good place immigrate too
I was given only 3days to get to NY.I didn’t do my DNA test at the time of my interview. the officer gave me a form to go do the test. And assured me I will get the immigrant visa when I’m done. Two months later I got a call from American Embassy to go to NY in 3days. I was grateful bcos i applied once and got it.I took only a small suitcase. And my medical exam would expire in 3days that’s why I think they did that.
Hi Aby, thank you for this video. It’s so inspiring that you really stood up for the correct thing! May I ask when did they give you the Proc. Fairness Letter? Was it after you do your biometrics?
I had a UK visa before the ban (also schooled in the UK) so they probably would have given me a visa if I needed one. Also, Immediately I got my ban, I started looking for a lawyer to fight it, so the ban was rescinded in about 6-8 months.
@@abysworld Thank you for your previous response; it means a lot to me. 😊 I find myself in a similar situation at the moment. Recently, I received a misrepresentation ban in Canada due to an unintentional omission. Back in July, I failed to disclose my previous US visa refusal in my Canadian applications. My focus was solely on the Canadian declaration, even though I had consistently disclosed the US visa refusal in all my previous applications for Canada and even the UK. Currently, I am in the UK on a dependent visa, and now I am considering switching to a work visa in the UK. I would greatly appreciate your advice on whether this ban will have an impact on my application status in the UK. Thank you!
Thank you sis for this video. Please I want to ask. When you went to UK , dis you declare the can ban….a friend wants to apply to Uk but has a US ban on misrepresentations. Please how did you do yours. I will appreciate your reply. Bcs there is nothing online addressing dis issue. Am so lucky to have found you with a true life situation of it
Thank for this video. I must confess I share also in the same experience as I had been refused 5 times a US student visa and recently been ban for Canada for 5 years for Misrepresentation. I had clearly told and explained to the IRCC agent I had been refused US student visa in my application and PF letter. But I was still Ban. Will this decision affect my student visa application to the UK ????
Nice video. Please, do you or anyone else have the link to order for gcms note from their embassy? I was refused and banned last year May, but the matter no clear to me
Hi Aby, I just stumbled on your videos today, and I have been glued to them all day. I really commend your courage and tenacious spirit. Well-done! Also, you mentioned that one of the reasons your visa approval was initially refused was because it appeared you weren't working. As a Nigerian applicant that has over 5 years of work experience but recently stopped working in January 2021 due skills upgrade/furnishing. Do you think this current unemployment status can constitute a Canadian PR visa rejection in any way for the EE immigration pathway? In other words, do you have to be currently employed when applying for the Canadian PR visa?
Awesome and helpful video, thank you! Although I am looking into different lawyers to find the one I feel is best, I am having a hard time hearing which lawyer it is you mentioned and don't see it anywhere in the description. Could you please provide me with the name of the lawyer you used?
Good evening. First time watching you channel! They lied to you....they should have been fired for putting you through all this! This Canadian process is way too much!
Ohh Girl I really appreciate ur determination .ur the best role model that anyone can have. U can be a strength for a people who lost their faith through the life Strom, for real. I wished I could just grab it, get up and fight with that whole f***ing energy and ability u really have. I had been in this situation u have passed , I really know what being banned means. I do😢😢. Like it's so hurting 😞😭. Especially when u put all ur hopes, energy, money, time like when u sacrifice everything u had and u file where too legitimate /legal but then u will receive a whole shit of fucking email that declares that ur banned for misrepresentation, without explaing in detail why they banned u. Hmm...that hurts, like deeply hurts 😢😭. And what hurts most is They let u no choice. They don't really have weighted reason for banning u , they don't fucking go and check to ur file , they don't look how much effort u have had during ur embassy processing time wether it's for PR, express entry, Temporary residence (study, work, visit visa) they don't give time and check u file. They will just rise up and told u ohh ur banned. yea! And the most annoyingand Truth part is that when u apply from Africa like African countries not every immigration officers but most of them, they have this thinking that all Africans /black are comited in crime, like mesrepresentaion like I swear if ur black/African and u have got some usa dollar in ur bank they will be like where u get that dollar from and then they will be like, we need a proof that shows where ur funds are from( like ur proof of funds) and they even after u show them ur legitimate/legal document of ur proof they will be like . Ain't no you have that much usa dollar in ur bank while ur black /ur from Africa and then ur banned wow. That the reality in most case. Like if ur from Africa/black and from some part of Asia u will have almost 80% and more reasons just to get visa rejected, visa refused and even get banned. That's the reality. Like when one immigration officers of Canada or even Usa immigration officers open ur file(visa application file from African or some Asian countries) the first thing that comes to their mind is to question out if everything in the file is real and legitimate and make sure we r not lying, or providing fraduale document and then they will find a way how they can reject/refuse our visa using this little technic.... it's just like they are playing a mind game on us, which is called racism. Yes , that is the truth. So in general sometimes the case for African/some Asian are not eligibility for their any type of their visa but just the case of racism 😢😢. In my opinion!!
