0:19 You can get multiple standard movies per day for $0. I’ve scheduled 3 films in one day. They just can’t all within the same time. So if a movie starts at 11am, the next has to start at 1pm and so on
1:50 you can get around this. You can either have them pause your subscription or flat out cancel it. You just have to email them. Their customer service is surprisingly very easy to talk to. But you have to tell them directly. I started Regal Unlimited June 2022. So I did 2 months (June-July, July-August) and then told them to put it on hold until October because there was nothing coming out in that August-September window. So essentially I did 3 months. Then I cancelled it completely for December because again nothing came out after Avatar 2. I then restarted a sub in February. 2023 was pretty consistent up until this month. Thus I cancelled this next cycle cause theres nothing coming out technically. I’m gonna restart in October for The Marvels & a few others. Then probably cancel again when its another dead period for movies
Easy customer service is hard to come by! Props to them, never would've expected that. Also your ability to min-max the system is something I truly respect 🍻
@@andrewkfb they’ve given me free concessions & free unlimited tickets sometimes. One thing you gotta make sure is to make you utilize the month. I did go a month without going to the movies but it was on accident due to I cancelled sometimes in June-July. You can’t ask for a refund even if you didnt use a ticket lol
But overall theres more to it. You don’t pay 3 months up front. At least I didn’t. I can only speak on my experience. The main regal I go to is a stacked Regal with the VIP, IMAX, 4DX, etc all screens and its nice 10 minutes from my house cause I live close to downtown. I do agree on the convenience fee and apparently it varies per movie. Sometimes its like .25 & sometimes its .70 and apparently its a higher convenience fee if I flat out buy a full price ticket.
Interesting, when my trial ended it lead me to believe I had to pay in 3 or 12 month chunks. Maybe I misunderstood. There's a Regal like yours like 90 min away from me, almost went there when my trial was going. Good to know that the convenience fee varies. Makes sense, I just didn't pay attention to it.
@@andrewkfb thats how they word it to get scare ppl into committing. They cannot force you into 3 consecutive months because the service isn’t designed that way. I say Regal Unlimited is best if its a period with multiple movies you wanna see coming out week after week. Like June this year was a good time. We had Spiderverse, Transformers, Flash, Elemental all week after week after week. Combined it cost me $80 with Unlimited it technically would cost me $25 in total with standard showings I remember because I was an Unlimited member they gave me a Spiderverse, Flash & Indiana 5 IMAX ticket for free. So waive the $6-7 surcharge. Then the surcharge also varies. Sometimes its $5 sometimes its $9. Idk why
You can see as many standard movies a day as you want. Im not sure why you thought you could only see one? My theater is a 45min drive away so I often see multiple movies a day so I don't have to make as many trips. I also pay by the month too so im not sure why you think you can't do that either.

That makes sense! I appreciate the clarification, and props to you for testing the limits 🍻
