So weird, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences w Rebag. I purchased an H Kelly from them using their trade program. Sent them 3 bags; a Chanel, loui and ysl. They gave me a quote for all 3, I accepted sent them in. They gave the price as quoted and shipped out my beautiful Kelly in amazing condition. I’ve purchased other Hermes items, again great condition 🤷🏻♀️

I haven’t been able to even look at their site… your recent experience has just made me too afraid to do anything more with them. I guess I should count my blessings that I am happy with my purchases and items sold! I just don’t feel comfortable moving forward.💖

Omg what a mess! This adds clarity to my recent rebag experience. I ordered a nano speedy that was pictured with its strap but the listing stated its strap was missing. Customer service confirmed my bag was missing the strap. The bag was final sale and marked really low (yayoi Kusama nano speedy) so I didn't mind the missing strap. When the bag arrived the strap was inside! They must have confused it with another listing that was priced at $3400, more than DOUBLE what I paid.

They ruined my Chanel vintage I’m so mad they rejected it because discoloration and they sent the bag in the box without a dust bag now it has some spots in the bag so I’m waiting on the respond I’m going to make a video soon I’m so sad good thing I filmed the entire process when I was packing it and when I unbox it 😢
I’m so sad for you!! 😮I’ve had great success with the leather surgeons for restoration of vintage Chanel’s. If you can remember please tag me in your video I want to share your story with others. Glad you have proof of how you sent it. Rebag changed their terms again. They say they are not responsible for returning boxes and dust bags back to you. ☹️

This was so helpful! I got a quote ( through Clair) for my Ysl bag and sent the bag to them. After Rebag received it I was told it didn’t meet their guidelines and that they would send me my bag back. This was BS of course, since my bag was in great condition and authentic. They sent my bag back severely creased in the front. I tried to smooth the creases out as much as a could but the bag still looked way worse than before. When you read the first employee review of the warehouse it all makes sense. Of course it got creased if they jam everything in there😱. I also noticed that many of the same Ysl (5a7) bags for sale on their site have creasing on the leather as well. Wow… just wow.
I've only purchased one thing from them and it was actually through their poshmark about a year ago. I got really lucky because it came exactly as described, but now I won't take any more chances with them. I'm selling a bunch of my luxury collection and before this video series I was considering trying them out. Never, never, never! Thank you for this, major bullet dodged!

I’ve also had a horrible experience. I sent in new Amina muaddi shoes. It took almost a month to get the buyout (versus the supposed 5 days) . Then they only paid about half of the original buyout . It made no sense as the condition was new. It’s been a nightmare
Uuugh! This is SCARY! I just purchased 2 items from Rebag, the Gucci Ophidia dome shape key pouch that was suppose to arrive today but im sure it wont be as tge tracking states it left New Jersey and has not updated in 2 days. I ordered a LV Neo Petit as well on Feb 14 and its Feb 18 and still hasnt been shipped yet and marked processing. I sent a chat message asking but no response. Im not going yo purchase from them again unless i do the purchase in person.
Ugh I hope it all goes well for you. Just make sure to film yourself opening it when you get it. And make sure you check the box for damage first before you sign. Someone told me they got a sealed box but when they opened it. It was empty 😳 since the signed for it. Rebag refused to give them their money or file a claim with FedEx
I took my bag off consignment and requested it to be returned to me a month ago. They never sent it to me. No tracking number. I'm scared. How long did it take for your bags to come back?
Over a month but I would bug them everyday they are suppose to ship back within 5 business days.

I believe the employee, to make money in that business, you exploit everyone. It's all agreed on but it is still exploiting.
Yes! I think you’re right it’s not widespread employee theft. Systemically shoddy and abusive management is so much worse. What a disaster of a company! 🙀
